The person who I talked to the first time on the phone was not the manager. The actual manager called me back and had seen the photos from the previous review. He apologized over and over and asked that I come back to have them fixed. When I returned to the salon, I was seated immediately and they got to work. The manager came and spoke with me in person and said that the first man who did my pedicure unfortunately lied during his interview and had said that he had worked in a salon for 6 years, in reality it had only been 2 days and I was one of his first clients. They were so nice and apologetic and gave me a $15 gift card for me or someone else to use towards my next visit. Thank you so much for acknowledging the mistake and fixing it. I will definitely be back!

I requested someone who was highly capable at what they were doing, instead, I was given someone with an opening. All of my nails are ripped and have been for two weeks. The sides of my nails were filed so thinly four of my nails are split on both sides. Yesterday I went in and showed the manager the service I had received. I was told it was my own fault that I needed to have acrylics done. I am a 50 year cosmetologist. I haven't done acrylic nails for myself for 25 years and gel for 10. He treated me like I was ignorant and refused to help me. I explained to him I merely want to schedule an appointment again with someone in the salon who knew what they were doing as I was just pleased with Sophia's work. Very disappointing. No Customer Service was very condescending if you are a new client looking for a nail spa. Do not look here. You'll never know what you're getting for service.

I sat in the massage chair for 30 minutes before anyone came over to begin my pedicure. During the pedicure the staff member who was completing the service was pulling double duty and continued to get up to run the desk. As I sat there other patrons came and went to include walk ins. I understand being busy and staffing is challenging but, what is the point of appointments? The staff rendering the services needs the support from someone dedicated to running the front.I chose to not get the manicure because they all looked too busy and I couldn't wait anymore.
