Unfortunately I had a one bum cut of these recently with more inconsistent marbling than I was used to (large streaks of fat compared to more even marbling providing in the other orders) but at this price it's hard to complain. It was fine, but quite expensive and the clerk at the cash register was not going to give me any change until I asked for my eight dollars. The second time I bought a bag of beef bones for soup (which many places don't sell, so I was thrilled). They were also fairly expensive, considering that they were just bones. When I got them home, I found that they were full of animal hair and smelled gross. I tried making broth anyway, but it was disgusting. Apparently halal does not mean good or clean butchering practices. I'll look elsewhere!
