I took my car in to…read morethem and they said I needed a certain part and that only a brand new part, not a refurbished part would work on the model of car I had. Not knowing better I believed them...big mistake. They put in a refurbished part but charged me a fortune for a "new" part. The issue was not fixed and they actually messed up something else just so I would have to pay them more. My car ended up blowing up because of what they did. They are liars, scammers and thieves.

Also, I did not want to risk being pulled and ticketed, nor risk driving in low visibility another second! A clerk at the auto parts store suggested First Choice, just up the street. When I got there, their lot was almost full, so I expected a long wait. Upon entering the building and explaining the situation, the very kind and friendly manager took my information, immediately got a very kind and friendly mechanic to install the bulb, and it was done quickly!! The prices are reasonable, and manager is very upfront about everything, so NO surprises. The waiting room area is clean and not cramped. I thanked these gentleman and am grateful to them for their gracious help. I will be back--you should check out FTC, too!
