The manager Laura takes really good care of those who live there and goes beyond her duties as a manager. It's really quiet with lush green landscapes and beautiful views of the mountains. It offers one bedroom units with a spacious living room and cute little kitchens. Oh and each apartment has its own parking stall. Everyone takes care of each other like on big family and if there is a need your neighbor is there to help out. Whitmore Circle Apartments is a great example of how a community should work together and care for their neighbors. Great job Laura

My friend had spotted this place when she lived in the north shore and recommended it to us. First off, we made our reservations about 3 months in advance and ended up paying $550 for 1 week!! Our individual room was a bunk bed with a double bed on the lower part, which we used and had 2 dressers and AC. Small room, but i am in Hawaii and all i want to do anyway is be outside! We stayed in 302 which was in the sunset suite and there was 2 other rooms that shared the kitchen, bathroom and living room area. Everyone we met in the suite were really fun to get to know and the place had free wifi, cable and an outdoor washer/dryer. It is in Pupukea and 1 block away from foodland, across the street from sharks cove, where you can snorkel with fish and close to a lot of good beaches in the area. There is a picnic table outside which everyone shares and at night we would all get drinks and get acquainted with one another! I have such fond memories of staying here and will stay here again when i return to Oahu!!!

But that's okay since I'm just renting/sharing with someone who actually pays the mortgage on this place. Yeah, it isn't usually for renters, just for people who want to buy a home, or who want to rent from someone who decided to rent their home out. As far as pests are concerned, I've seen a good amount. Roaches are sometimes around (meaning I will probably see at least one in a week), centipedes rarely seen (I've seen 3 in a year) but they spray for them and other pests frequently so I'm sure I'd see and encounter many more if it weren't for that, geckos (which I don't count as pests cause they eat bugs and are cute) are always around (I hear their chirps sometimes at night), and I will infrequently see those small green and black millipedes or the slightly larger reddish-brown ones (but I don't mind them since they can't hurt me and they don't try to). In my condo there are two bedrooms, two baths, a kitchen, a living room, a foyer, and a dining area. There is also a good sized backyard. My boyfriend and I rent out the front bedroom and bath so we are pretty content considering we don't have to share the bath with another renter or the landlord (Which I've had to do before). I do like the fact that this place has good upkeep on the grounds and security 24/7. You'll often see landscapers cutting down weeds, bushes, grass, etc., and you'll always see a guard or two in their little golf carts keeping watch of the condos to make sure no one is trying to break in, steal cars, steal bikes, etc. They also make sure that the parking stalls are well-maintained. We are currently getting our parking spaces repaved, sealed, and painted. They are looking nice! That's another good thing about this place. The parking provides two stalls per household and one stall is covered. You even get storage cabinets right in front of your vehicle. Another great thing about this condo complex is the pool area. They have a nice 5 ft deep pool with lounge chairs, covered picnic tables, a hot tub, 3 BBQ grills, a microwave, etc. And you can even reserve it for parties! There is also a car wash area where a single vehicle can park and you can unlock the hose to do your washing. Overall this place is a-okay. The pool part and the upkeep of the grounds pushes me to give it 4 stars, but the pests push it back down to 3. Let's just say I give it 3.5. Yelp365-#024/365

It is one of several complexes close to Schofield Barracks / Wheeler AAF and has been an excellent rental choice for both army officers and navy officers here on temporary and long term stays. Many military families have both rented and purchased units here. It is well designed complex with an "On-site Resident Manager", night security patrol, is pet friendly, has a pool and recreation area, ample visitor parking, storage cabinets in the covered parking, and ample visitor parking spaces. For those who are to be stationed on the west side of the island, Evergreen Terrace in Mililani Tech Park / Launani Valley is a great location. In regards to crawling creatures....please, this is an island, and for that matter if you take a trip to any woodsy area like Branson MO. or Northern CA.or other places there are going to be something small that you have to spray to get rid of.

We arrived at 7pm on our first night and were forced to wait for 1 hour to even park and go to our air bnb unit. They said we weren't authorized to be here until the owner of the unit FAXED in a letter of consent. Who even owns a fax machine these days?Apparently, these people don't use modern technology. After the hassle of that, we had to wonder around the entire property to find our unit because the buildings are incorrectly marked and you can only drive one-way. There are peacocks here which are beautiful but what you don't find out until nighttime is that they never shut up. The walls are paper thin and you hear them ALL NIGHT! My son and I were talking a walk and the lady at the security post sprayed a peacock right in our direction also spraying us and didn't even have the decency to apologize. The unit itself was in shambles and I don't believe the filters have ever been changed. That's a problem with the unit owner but still wanted to mention it. It seems people from out-of-state buy these condos and rent them out with minimal upkeep. The ads say "resort-style" amenities and that's absolutely laughable. I've been here a week and I'm still waiting to see which amenities they're referring to. The pool has been closed the entire time we've been here and I've asked management twice when it will be fixed and they say "tomorrow" and that day never came during our entire trip. The worker "fixing" the pool has spent maybe 20 minutes a day "working" and blames the weather but the weather is actually amazing. I call BS and they're lazy. The three workers in the office all ganged up on me and were making excuses and claiming there are workers at the pool but I can see the pool directly from my room. That makes them liars AND lazy AND rude. Next is finding the laundry and how to pay for it. Good luck. I downloaded two apps and tried the tap-to-pay option located on each machine. Finally washed my clothes after all that. They forced us to park on the other side of the property. There's no access to the office or staff at reasonable times. Especially for those traveling. There are absolutely no signs anywhere and the ones they do have are incorrect. If you're visiting Hawaii, DO NOT STAY HERE. I don't want other families to deal with what we had to. The drive to any worthy beaches like Waikiki and other places is atleast 1 hour to 2 hours. The beaches on the west side (where this is located) are completely overrun with the homeless population. Theres one restaurant close by at the country club, Loliki lounge, that should be condemned. Its disgusting and we found dead roaches, no soap in the bathroom, and dirty dishes and tables. Just take my advice and don't stay here. The pictures are deceiving but the view is pretty. That's the only positive I have. I hate this place

This is probably the most peaceful place I've ever lived at. Truly a great place to live and raise your your children. We had done this before several times with no issues. We moved a few days ago to a place that is larger, private, less money & totally renovated. The people who live at the Element are nice. It's the management and the high cost of rent plus the astronomical utilities. Ridiculous.

The property has been kept very well and we are so proud to be owners. Ever since he took over the Mgmt. position the place has been kept up and things are looking great. What a wonderful feeling to have Dan there to control the safety of our tenants and properties. He is very friendly; he goes above and beyond for the tenants and owners very trustworthy. He has an open door if you ever have any question, I am so grateful to have a chance to being able to work with Dan. I know if there is anything wrong going on I can always count on Dan to give me a ring and advise me on what is going on, on our units.
