We had done this before several times with no issues. We moved a few days ago to a place that is larger, private, less money & totally renovated. The people who live at the Element are nice. We enjoy walking our dog every day because of the beauty we get to enjoy. They're all one bedroom apartments, which is perfect for small families. The rent is affordable. The location is close to everything in Kapolei. They did an excellent job at renovating the buildings and grounds! Growing up on Oahu and knowing what these buildings looked like before and what it is now - such a big difference! I'm thankful each day for being able to live here. Our Property Manager, Amanda, is simply amazing. She's very sweet and has a lot of aloha that makes you feel right at home.

Managers have both been nice. The grounds are kept up by landscapers. Different improvements are in the budget for future improvements. There is a large grassy area in front of simplex and a couple of picnic areas. I wish there was some other amenities, dog park. Some earlier poster did not like tules, I like having rules that keep up the look of the area. We have two parking spots, which isn't the norm for some complex's.
