We had done this before several times with no issues. We moved a few days ago to a place that is larger, private, less money & totally renovated. The people who live at the Element are nice. Managers have both been nice. The grounds are kept up by landscapers. Different improvements are in the budget for future improvements. There is a large grassy area in front of simplex and a couple of picnic areas. I wish there was some other amenities, dog park. Some earlier poster did not like tules, I like having rules that keep up the look of the area. We have two parking spots, which isn't the norm for some complex's.
