The customer service sucks! Really rude, specially the bald cholo dude. We had a disagreement because the clothing delivery guy was double parking in the narrow parking lot, blocking any way to park or leave. I got frustrated and I honked at them because as I said it a narrow parking lot that I couldn't park properly. Then 2 of the employees, the bald guy and delivery guy started yelling at me "because they have the right to do that because they work for the laundry" and mocking me because I couldn't park right, it was all their fault. Love this place! I like half day because the washers are totally worth the price. It's clean and the staff is nice. Relaxing ambiance.

This was the first time washing and drying here. I am glad I actually gave them a try. It's under new management, so everything is new and in good condition . Most importantly it's very clean and all the machines are working. They do live up to their name "half off" indeed laundromat. The big 70lbs washers were only $3.50 and if you choose the "extra wash" button it would cost only .25c more. This is their month of July special. However, if you go wash on Tuesdays, (every Tuesday) dryers are free, and every Thursday all the washers are half off. What really important for me that they do have fluff & fold service and it's only .99c per pound, plus 5 lbs are free, also for a first time user first 10lbs are l. I mean, yay :) Employees are so nice and helpful. Very attentive and they keep the place spotless. Just love that. They are always around making sure that you as a customer are satisfied. If something is not the way you wanted, they are right there to offer to help. Thank you Idira so much for all your help and great customer service. They are 4 TVs, few game tables, little stuffed animals machine, which we played and yes, my daughter won two stuffed cuties, a dog and a kitty for me :) Time flew by quickly. We didn't worry about recharging our phones, because guess what? Yes, they have free wi-fi and a charger station. Also, there are refreshments and light snacks vending machines, very convenient. It has a nice, clean bathroom, washing station and lots of comfy chairs, plus two big massage chairs. Overall, liked the place. Will recommend strongly, either do it yourself or use the service (they even offer to pick up and drop off) seriously it doesn't get better than that when faced with chores of doing laundry. And as always, Indira (I believe she is a manager) is the best. read more

Indira and her staff team makes sure everything is in order and running smoothly. Place is ideal for me, very close by, it's clean, parking is tough sometimes. Employees are cool and easy to talk to.

I've been coming here for almost a year. Indira is absolutely amazing, friendly, professional and she always has the place clean. Recently, another couple started working the evening shift. They do not demonstrate the best customer service. In fact, the first weekend they started working, they almost didn't let me in. It was around 8:30 and the sign states the last wash is at 9 pm. They asked how many loads I had because if I had too many I had to come back another day, stating that the doors closed automatically after a certain time. They were unaware I was a regular. Since then, they're mostly outside, smoking and if not that, they disappear for long periods of time. They hardly clean and good luck if you need to use the restroom or buy something from the store while they're gone. They should hire more people like Indira, I never have any issues while she's around. I've included photos of my visit today. It was a mess but Indira cleaned the place up real quick. She's the best! 5 Stars for Indira but only two stars for the couple. read more

I moved to the area a couple of months back and have made this laundromat my go to place for doing my laundry! The place is always really clean and the staff is so sweet and inviting. I can't say enough good things about this place. Not only was it super close to home, but it was also very clean and all the machines worked well and fast! There's tons of space to fold your clothes. There's benches to sit on, as well as some massage chairs by the door! There was also a charging station. Most of the time, businesses brag about having a charging station...but they never seem to have a type c charger. This place had two! I'm so relieved that I don't need to find a bunch of quarters to use the machines. They have a little kiosk that dispenses cards that you can add value to. You earn points with each wash. When you earn enough points, you get a free wash! I think the best thing about this place is the staff. Indira greeted me before I even walked up. Indira could tell I was looking around like a lost puppy, and she showed me the ropes. She even showed me to the machines that were half-off! She helped me find an open machine to beat the rush of early customers. I haven't used a laundromat in YEARS, and I'm so thankful Indira was here to walk me through it. There's a reason why people get here early. It's a comfortable place to get your laundry done and the staff was far beyond anything I've ever expected. I'll definitely come back. The absolute best and it's not even close. To have found this company through an internet search was incredible. The quality of work and professionalism they show is unmatched. My clothes always come back in amazing condition and can go straight from the bag into my dresser. It saves me soooo much time and convenience using them. I could not recommend any more! Have had a good experience with this laundromat the past few months coming here. It's more affordable than any of the other places around and kept clean throughout the day. It does get super busy sometimes but it's worth it just for the good deals you get on the wash. They have a card system which you have the option to load with cash or card. That card system also builds up points for a free wash. Overall one of the best laundromat I could find around my area. PSA some of the señoras that wash here are mean. One was blocking one of the entrances to the dryer area with three cars and her daughters wagon, she saw me trying to enter and didn't even move one cart so I had to go all the way around. read more

This place is close to home the 3 load washer was about 2$ those are the ones i use its a small laundry place but not packed . It cost 1$ to buy the card but if you register it you get your dollar back in credit . Overall good laundry. read more

First of all 5 Stars isn't enough this is by far one of the cleanest laundromats that I have ever been to. Indira and her mother are the sweetest ladies always there to help and they keep it spic and span. Recently, I went on medical leave and my Dr prohibited me from carrying anything over 2-3lbs :( with that being said I trusted Indira whole heartedly with all my clothing articles and used their Fluff and Fold service during my entire recovery. As a matter of fact, I still use their service to date because she makes it super easy to drop off and has it ready with in the same day. Exceptional service to say the least. I have my son dropping his stuff too lol. To anyone reading this trust that this place is up and running because of Indira and her Mother's upkeep and the cleanliness. Worker here is very nice and explained everything patiently and clearly. Place was very clean and bright. Went to this place around 9pm on Wednesday night and i wasn't done drying my clothes by the time they closed. The lady attending the location was so sweet and calm and did not rush me on bit. The washers and dryers are clean that's a HUGE plus for me. read more

Laundromat is clean, washers are great and reasonable prices. However this is my 3rd time here and the credit card terminal doesnt work to add money to your laundry card. There is No assistance avaible (not ince all 3 times ive came here) and it doesn't seem like all the machines are up to date with pricing. All,machines varie on prices although their the same size. I do have to say though it is one of the most clean laundromats ive been too in this neighborhood. read more
