Horrible experience with Isabel. Dropped off my baby shower dress and told her exactly what I wanted done. She said no problem and gave me a quote. Came back and it wasn't what I wanted and asked her politely what we can do to fix it.. she then was mad (mind you, it was just to sew down my off the shoulder sleeves so it can stay down.. just a small sew job lol) and she was telling me she did what I asked. I said ok, sorry if I wasn't clear and explained said if it's not something she can do, that's ok, I'll try somewhere else or find an alternative. She said she will do it. Here I am now picking up and she charged me extra to fix HER mess up & it still isn't correct. She isn't here and has someone wake giving me my dress and is talking about me horribly in Spanish while in the phone because I asked why was I charged double the price.. I know Spanish and let them know I understood everything she was saying. I will NEVER return here again. One and done, learn from me, don't come here. read more

After reading the reviews for this cleaner I decided to take my wedding dress to have it cleaned here. I'm a new customer and the owner Isabel called me after I had dropped off my wedding dress. I thought something had gone wrong when I answered the phone but instead she wanted to tell me she was going to apply a discount for being a new customer. I thought "what great customer service to take the time to reach out to me!" They did an excellent job with my dress and other items I had dropped off and are very reasonable. I came here a few weeks ago to have 2 pairs of pants hemmed. I dropped off the pants and the person there asked me to fill out my name and address... not my phone number, which I thought was weird. I go to pick my pants up on the date I was given and they're not ready. I believe it was the owner who said they tried to contact me but couldn't because I didn't have a phone number for them and I told her what happened with the other gal asking for my address instead. She promised me to have them ready for the next day. I picked them up and brought them home. I took the pants out to check them and the ones I wanted to wear for Easter had a crease on the hem in the front where the stitching wasn't flattened. Not that anyone would notice this, but paying $10.00 to have them hemmed was my concern. Do I take them back to correct a small mistake or just deal with it. The other pair was fine. I left it as is. I just wish the seamstress would have noticed and corrected it when she did it. Would I go back? Yes, but I would check my articles before leaving. Unfortunately, I needed these pants and couldn't wait for any corrections to be done. read more

Great, affordable service and very quick! I had brought a pair of jeans to be hemmed. The style and cut of the jeans were distressed, and the owner went out of her way to do a special hemming that would keep the original look of the bottom. I was very impressed. Took a dress here that I loved but the zipper broke and I was devastated. Fortunately, I found a seamstress here that fixed it in a few days and saved my dress. It cost $15 for a new zipper but it was worth it. Paid with cash. Only downside is parking is scarce so prepare to walk or be fast enough to find a spot. Would return for more alterations. read more

This place is cheap and clean, I went no so long ago to take my girlfriend dress for her graduation. Was ready by the next day they clean and washed it. The only thing I did like was that I first requested for ironing, but then I later said "f it let me wash it too." I called and told the lady she said "o Ik it needed to be washed but you know we do what the client ask." I was like what? I mean if you see that it needs something I would expect you to say "o I recommend to wash it because it looks dirty what ever..." but she didn't but I was like okay cool what ever. At end when I first arrive the lady had like an attitude but later was super nice so I'm guessing she was going through it which some people do. So that's why I said okay I'll let it slide.
