However, our mother has had the worst experience with the owner, not caring about his client's clothing. Our mother went back to him twice to give him a chance to right his wrongs damaging our mother's white blazer , telling her that if it wasn't for her leaking motor oil on it, it would have been clean. Our mother, or our family are mechanics, and neither work on our vehicles around or in our house and neither at church. He had one more time to get it right, and still couldn't. What a shame when we try to support our small business owners and they treat you crappie. Well there's goes one less good client he won't have to worry about. read more

Irregardless if it needs "upgrades" or more decorum. This place is awesome. I've been given them my business for the better part of 8+ years because they take care of their regulars and their customer service is on par with other well known cleaners. I've been to Milt and Eddies in Burbank before and, while their decorum is great, they lack in both service and customer service especially. Not to mention they completely fu**ed up my suit pants! But I digress. Louie Cleaners actually care about my clothes and don't see it as a burden. I've been going to this cleaners for quite some years. Nothing special about the location or the looks of it but you can't beat the prices and quality. True that they are not perfect but the parking is great and the employees are funny and welcoming. You will pay an average of 4 bucks for pants and 2 to 3 bucks for shirts. Alterations are done by a lady that's been there for years and she knows her stuff and I've had several hems and tapers done for 8 to 12 bucks. You won't be amazed but they will get the job done. I grew up in pacoima and I have been coming here for years. Reliable and friendly mom and pop shop. They do alterations and repairs also.

If I could rate this place a zero I would. I had a wedding to attend on a Thursday so being that it was Wednesday around 10am I made sure I asked the person at the counter if the items would be ready by noon the following day. He said yes, but even so I asked a couple more times to make sure. He insisted they would be ready, the next day I get there at noon and they couldn't find my items. Next thing I see if them trying to rush my order and actually saw them trying to iron in the back. I waited around 20 mins and the end result was completely rushed and not good at all. I wasn't the only upset customer the lady behind me had the same problem and was beyond upset. After all that, the employee was still super rude and refused to give me a full refund, instead he hands me a $5 refund. Never again!!! Please, stay away from this business they are not worthy of having good customers. read more

I brought my coat to this place to see if they could get it to smell fresh again (it smelled like campsite smoke), when I went to pick it up, brought it home and removed the plastic bag, i found out they didn't do anything to it, the smell was still there, I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. read more

I have been going to this cleaners for many years, I had never had a bad experience until now. I left an item to get cleaned and paid it off. My husband went to pick it up and they charged him again. I called the cleaners and told them they had made a mistake. The Person that answered the phone had bad customer service he told me to go pick up my money. I went to pick it up. Once again he did not apologize for their mistake and he was also rude. When leaving the place the guy and the young girl there were laughing at us. This is unacceptable! After so many years, its time to find a new place. read more

This cleaners also has a location in Sanfernando that I would never recommend and definitely tell everyone to not go here because of the bad customer service and the old prick that does alterations. My service with them was very rude because I took a dress to get altered and they did my measurements,after that the old prick that does the alterations told the owners son to charge me $55 because right after he did my measurements he went to the back of the cleaners and I thought that was quite expensive. So the owners son was going to get me another quote. I call back that same night and the lady working there that is polite said the new price was $30 and told me to call in the morning to confirm I still wanted my dress to be altered by the old prick . The next morning I call to confirm and the old prick said $60 now. I didn't feel comfortable to leave my dress there anymore because I know at this point he was just being prejudice. I told the daughter on the phone that was trying to explain that this is the new price that I would go pick up my dress because the night before I was quoted $30 they then lowered the price to $55, which was originally the first price they ever gave me. I will report them to the BBB because they kept giving me different prices and I've never had any business treat me unfair. When I walked in to pick up my dress the old prick smirked and the lady welcomed me until I said I was there to pick up my dress she left it hanging for me to grab with no plastic on it and they had took off the plastic I originally had it in. read more
