This is absolutely ridiculous and shameful. Furthermore, when we initially bought the mattress we bought an adjustable base. This base arrives broken and we had to spend weeks trying to get someone to care enough to fix it. Finally we requested a specific part and fixed it ourself. In addition, the mattress height is higher than what a California King mattress height should be which presents another problem. They would not take back the mattress even though I offered to pay for the delivery back to the factory and pay a fee. Chances are if you have a problem, you will get hung up on or get attitude in the store or because they got your money you will not get the decency of a phone call. It was convenient, too, that I received a flyer in the mail advertising their sales for Labor Day. I went in randomly on a weekday sans appointment and I was attended right away by Rafael and Masoom. They seemed to work well in unison, going seamlessly between customers and answering all of their questions. While they both helped me, I ultimately dealt more with Rafael than Masoom. Rafael helped me find my mattress, as well as my bunky board when I returned to the store the day later after issues with my platform bed. Masoom meanwhile helped me locate the perfect mattress and box spring for my guest bedroom. Moreover, delivery went just as I was told it would. A day before delivery I received a call, a text, and an e-mail telling me when I would receive my purchases. The day of the delivery, well, I indeed got everything in a timely fashion and properly set up. This honestly couldn't have been easier if I had planned it. Seriously. The window they originally gave me was 9am-3pm. Imagine my surprise when my phone rang at 7:15am the next morning and the driver said he will be there between 8-9:30am!!! We purchased a Simmons Beautyrest mattress and boxspring set. The price was a little high but when you factor in the free delivery, it all balanced out. We also bought a mattress cover which was fairly priced. They were kind enough to waive the $29 removal fee too. Jose and Caroline are rock stars in my book.
