They said they could refer to me to a different doctor, but after leaving the office, I contemplated and decided that if the doctor said NO, I shouldn't push my luck, after all I'm 63 yrs old. As long as I didn't have a surgery booked, I could cancel. I was greatful for the honesty of the Doctor. When I called about getting a refund (I had paid in full) the real help, came from a nice lady named Tina, from Warrick, Rhode Island, who called me! Tina helped me in securing my entire refund!! At this point I was so disappointed with their staff that I didn't want any kind of deal or price change. I just wanted my refund. Karen tried to convince me to make a new contract and lower the price or change payment options. When I refused all her deals and price changes, she asked me if my family ever even went to college and said it's because it's not a very smart decision to refuse the amazing offer she is giving me. The "surgery" she just used a Freezer spray on my finger for 10-15 seconds then apply a band-aid and told me to follow the regimen. She told me follow the regimen after 1 week of the surgery. "soak area in warm water etc, buy a Wart stick and apply each day and cover with Band-aid, wash off in next morning etc" If you have a wart. I recommended you do it yourself. Come here only if you have couple thousand to burn. Because you need more than 2-3 session to make that wart gone. The doctor(Elizabeth) is nice. For that reason i rated it 3*

Rob was excellent, he answered all of my questions and reassured me that the discomfort was minimal. He slowly and methodically mapped and outlined the brows and tweaked along the way all to insure that I was happy with the results. What can I say, I should have done this long ago.
