I am so thrilled with the results. I did not use any numbing pre-treatment and the recovery process was only a few days. I had to travel to three different conferences the following week after treatment and I was able to present without any issues. Dr. Shanthala is an incredible doctor, and I would get laser treatment with the Ultraclear laser and Lasercoring again. All the treatments Dr. Shanthala offers are amazing. When I got to the office, I was in the waiting room waiting for my appt and several of the girls were whispering about a client that was there in an exam room. I could clearly here what they were saying and I thought it was very unprofessional and not kind, honestly. Once I was able to talk to someone, I was told that they no longer do the procedure that I was interested in and that they haven't done it in a very long time. Not cool. Anywho, I listened to their pitch about all the other products they sell and procedures they do and then it's time to meet the doctor. The doctor told me that my face could be offensive to people because I have a natural frown. She even went so far as to tell me that I could probably have better relationships with people if I let her fix my frown. Needless to say, I will not be going back nor will I be recommending this office to anyone. That office really needs to work on their delivery.

I had a terrible experience with one of them, he basically made reconstruction sound like no big deal, no need for physical therapy and showed me tear drop shaped implants. I decided to get a second opinion on this "too good to be true" reconstruction. I landed in Dr Kalnoki's office, SHE IS THE BEST! Not only did she spend 2 hours with me at my consult, she explained why you need therapy and what shape implants (not the tear drops because they'll flip and you'll have awkward boobs), all about risks and benefits and how to choose whats best for you, as an INDIVIDUAL. She's done a fellowship and has immense knowledge. I woke up from my mastectomy with reconstruction happy as a clam! My breasts look almost identical to before they were removed and redone! Dr K monitored me closely and her office staff, Tammy answers all my questions....Holly helps you schedule and Kris knows about insurance. They are wonderful. Being a gym/swim gorilla they kept me on a tight leash and didn't sugar coat anything. More offices need to be like that! I am going in for some fat-grafting procedures to make sure my breasts are even closer to normal. Dr K takes your own fat and injects it where you have divots and dimples. She has a very keen eye. It didn't seem urgent then but in the evening, after eating something cold, the tooth got much worse. Of course, by then everything was closed but I emailed Reading Endodontics, which my wife had used before, and waited patiently until Monday 8am to talk to them. No need: Monday 8:03am I had a voicemail from Carol at Reading Endo: she had read my email, understood my problem and if I could get there right away they'd be able to take me. By 9am I was on the dentist chair getting X-rays. There's some real professionalism and responsibility and I felt 100% certain I'd made the right choice. Dr Chuang was very thorough, took about an hour and a half to do the work, explained the problem and what the next steps were. His assistant Anne was great, distracting me during the most difficult part which was injecting the anesthetic. The following day Carol called to check up on me! This was really the best possible outcome. Definitely plan on living to 120 without needing a root canal but, if that doesn't pan out, Reading Endodontics, Dr Brian Chuang and the staff there are the next best choice. I'm very grateful for the exceptional service I got there, from the very initial contact to the follow-up.
