I truly believe this treatment has helped keep my face and neck looking lifted and youthful. Sometimes it is difficult to make the decision to have a surgery that isn't necessarily needed but will make you happier. The office staff in Dr. Hall's office are all very nice, but Nicole and Maggie go above and beyond in answering questions and guiding you through the process. Dr. Hall takes the time both pre-decision, and post-op to really answer all your questions and explain not only the process but what you can expect. I was partially impressed with that no-rush and no pressure feel whenever I go into their office. Great practice with educated and kind professionals. My introduction was at their clear lake 1 year anniversary party where Kayla gave me a quick hydrodacial and recommended products, I also took advantage of a special at the pre party and took the plunge to pre purchase Botox at a great price! All the staff were beautiful and easy to talk with, the quick hydrafacial made more of an impact than any spa facial I've ever had - it was a great experience. April at the westlake location did my Botox, April made me feel comfortable and informed about what to expect with my first round and now at 2 weeks I have to say I am extremely happy! She made sure to address all my concerns and the results are natural yet major. My mom asked me yesterday if I was pregnant (NO!!) or what because I was glowing. I also had laser hair removal done by Stephanie, who was very nice and set realistic expectations - I have to say it went smoothly and I am already pleased with the results after one round. I am looking forward to another round of hair removal followed by a full hydrafacial soon and can't wait to get to "Treat Myself" cause ya know, we all deserve it sometimes! Sadly after getting lip augmentation I was shocked on the price increase since I travel and used to love to come and have several things done ; this was the second time I questioned a price increase . But not only have they changed quite a bit they cant seem to keep staff. High turn over rate here. People that used to work here try to encourage me to go elsewhere but i remained loyal. But what happened to me was inexcusable not only did the front desk new receptionist ignore me when l questioned the high bill for the same filler that was used the last time, but she was rude and was strangely avoiding me. After the fact she gets the office manager wife of Dr. Hall, who continues to berate me over the fact I got discounts but failing to tell me before hand there was a price increase. It was like SURPRISE -- the second time this happened here. Embarrassing was the word! And her indiscretion and telling me off in front of several people was to shut me up and her cruel smile made obvious that she felt she won the augument. How could anyone come to place that would purposely embarrass their clientele and expect them to return blaming you, not them. Sadly a woman who happened to be a witness at Halls ran into me at the grocery store came up to me and told me I was in the right by her failure to inform me of the price increase. So For this reason be warned before any procedures -- ask for the price in writing. This is not Bevery Hills where they bill you without giving you a price -- been there done that. Never again! Plain greed, UPDATE .................After this review was posted TIsha Hall called my private residence SEVERAL times and confronted me at HEB when I went grocery shopping yesterday upset about the review I wrote; her harassment is getting concerning I am planning to report her to the BBB and law enforcement if she continues to stalk and berate me. I had a plastic surgery procedure over 3 years ago at Hall Plastic Surgery in Westlake, results where not bad however my eyebrows are still uneven. A year ago I noticed a spot (scab the size of a dime) in my left sideburn. I went to my dermatologist and she scraped it off and sent it to pathology. Pathology was inconclusive. 6 months go by and the scab comes back with a vengence, larger now and thicker (the size of a quarter). Went to my dermatologist and she says "I fear for the worst I am going to refer you to a cancer surgeon". Two days later I am at the surgeon's and he is preparing to cut the scab/growth off when he asks me; "have you ever had sutures in this area?" I had to think but then respond yes I had a plastic surgery procedure over 3 years ago and I do beleive there were sutures there. To my surprise he says that it what this is your surgeon left 2 sutures is that should have been removed and they are trying to work there way out of your body. So would I recommend Dr. Hall, no I would not. Going through the scare of thinking you have cancer when it is merely an oversight on your surgeon's part, definately not worth it. read more

I've been to this practice a few times. I received Picosure Laser Tattoo removal 4 times & Botox once. Prior to this, I'd tried saving money on both Botox and Laser tattoo removal. Both times I'd had dissatisfying services. I have learned through subsequent research: Don't go to spas for these services, go to experts that are working with a doctor! The Esthetician and Laser Technician knew what they were talking about. I had my expectations surpassed and the results were consistent. I had fillers done at the cedar park location and as I was told I would be swollen For a few weeks. We went abroad for 3 weeks and my husband and friends indicated that my face was not symmetrical! I spent about 4 thousand dollars. After a month my face was noticeable lop sided and I contacted the office. I was unable to see the nurse who originally completed my procedure for another week. Due to work, as I am a registered nurse I had an emergency and had to cancel my appointment. I asked for a new appointment but was told it would be a month or longer and I needed to pay 75 dollars for the last minute cancellation. Which I did. I indicated I wasnt happy and had several people tell me that my face was not symmetrical. i Received a call back and was told I would be meeting with dr Hall. pictures were taken and although there was some improvement my face was still not symmetrical. I indicated that the nurse did not do the corners of my mouth and dr hall injected me in that location but charged me 600 dollars. He was irritated and said he did not see any thing wrong and my face was symmetrical. I was intimated my his behavior and walked out with another 600 dollar bill. I do Hall read more

I had a Groupon for Juvederm and a P.A. named Sandy did my filler. She put way too much on the side of my temple near my eyebrow. My wife and I are very disappointed in the results of the breast reconstruction surgery performed by Dr. Hall after her breast cancer surgery. We did not expect perfection, but the results are so much worse then anything we imagined. He reconstructed both of her breasts in order to try and make them match better. The end results are significantly different in size and no where close in symmetrical location. And yet Dr. Hall feels the results were reasonable. If this is the state of the art in plastic surgery, don't bother. It was a waste of time, stress, pain and anxiety to have gone through all of this. read more

The worst experience to date with a plastic surgeon! First of all, this Dr. Hall character is just weird. He has a very stale personality and he has little to no ability to personalize with his clientele in a professional manor! He is a bit creepy too.. Yuck! So, there I was patiently waiting to speak to the doctor when I decided that I should get Botox injections from his office in the meantime.. Initially I was looking at Dr. Halls portfolio to get something else done and, to put it lightly, this guy just needs to retire already. His esthetic is less than average. I saw one botched boob job after another. It was ridiculous. Nothing in his portfolio book jumped out at me in a positive way. Out of CONVENIENCE, I decided to get Botox at his office while waiting to consult with him on my initial inquiry. I waited an hour and fifteen minutes to speak with the doctor and I had an appointment. Ridiculous! [Since I had been WAITING, I figured, what is the harm in getting Botox?! You see little to no error in Botox.. It is a very simple procedure.. Little did I know..] I received Botox injections from DANA! Let's just say that Dana charged me more than I have ever been charged and her lack of ability to administer the Botox correctly brought me back to the location to have to have Dr. Hall administer more Botox. Prior to returning for corrective measures, as I was terrified to return, I called and opted for a refund beforehand but the Dr. refused and, instead, Dr. Hall insisted that I should come in person to discuss the catastrophe.. In person, Dr. Hall was very unapologetic and he charged me to correct Dana's error and he did a terrible job. I have had Botox on several occasions and only one disappointment to speak of and this was years ago elsewhere. However, I will say that particular error was fixed at no cost to me and it was very redeeming. I ended up more than pleased. I wish I could say the same for this Hall character. Upon speaking with the doctor and having consulted with several more afterward, I have also concluded that Dr. Hall also is a bit of an extortionist. His reputations is known for this. Though other surgeons in the area were hesitant in revealing specifics details about their knowledge of his practice; after they heard the entirety of my experience that changed and they were revealing and completely empathetic when discussing Dr. Halls office.. 2 of the surgeons I had seen told me that they fixed several of his cosmetic surgeries.. I, however, am grateful that I know a thing or two about the industry, and I am relieved that I had the sensibility to shop around and get second, third, and fourth consultations. Dr. Hall promised an appeal and refinement that he can not deliver. Keep in mind, he is very persuasive. However, I am extremely intuitive, and I could immediately sense that there was something off with this guy when I first met him.. By the way, Dr. Hall charges well over the amount that you would pay in Beverly Hills, California to get either Botox or cosmetic plastic surgery and his esthetic is hardly up to par.. My suggestion would be to do your research. In the state of Texas these staffing associates are not required to go to school to obtain degrees to assist with administering injectables. They are only required to obtain a certification through a brief training course.. A reputable doctor in the area will require his or her associates to go to school so that they can work with a professional practice, however, Dr. Hall is not one of these doctors.. If I would have known what I know now, I wouldn't have stepped foot in his office. You live and you learn. Do your research! Botox last anywhere form 3-6 months. Let's just say it has been a little over a month and I am going to have Dr. Halls mistakes fixed by another doctor elsewhere.. read more

The setting of the appointment was easy, although when I arrived, there was a question regarding the acceptance of insurance for certain procedures as was advertised. Therefore the free initial consultation was no longer free and this added an extended wait while this was debated. I paid the fee, and then waited some more. I was already anxious so this didn't help. Finally I was in the room. to wait some more while other paperwork was completed. It was a very clean, and beautiful office with state of the art equipment...if you are getting a common procedure of cosmetic surgery or Botox, laser treatments, spider veins, etc., Not for those that are seeking restorative nor reconstructive work. To end, I never received a price quote for the procedures I asked for and was told I would receive, despite the hassle for it at the beginning and paying for my consult. Hands down the best experience I've had! For Juvederm, I've tried 5 different offices in Austin over the past 4 years and haven't yet had one compare to how I felt at Hall's. I had been referred by a friend to this company, and was then sold to try it out when I saw a great-priced Groupon. Needless to say I will be using this office in the future for their services. Very cool, comfortable vibe and decor throughout the entire lobby and each room, and helpful, accommodating staff. Sandy, my lip tech, was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and a perfectionist with my injections. She provided a pleasant conversation and relaxed environment throughout the service. She took extra time and care to lessen the lumps and bruising. Definitely the easiest recovery and healing process I've ever had. I used several providers in the decade prior to moving to the Austin area 4 years ago, and so I can assure you that Hall's is the BEST.
