So in honor of Nanz & Kraft's 175th Anniversary they donate $10 from each "Sharing Smiles" purchase to Hope Scarves as a way to support for local charities in Louisville community. Because of this, the arrangement also came with a scarf. I was also able to add a cute balloon at cost before checking out, which ended up being a hit with the recipient. On the day of delivery, they called me just to confirm the home and then called me back once the flowers were successfully delivered. I appreciated their effort to confirm and that they reached out directly to the recipient as well. She expressed sorrow that somehow she did not know this information earlier. On a Sunday, she jumped into action! Over the next two days all the beautiful fresh arrangements went exactly where they were supposed to with Christina overseeing all of it because of the inconvenience caused by a power outage that neither she nor her gifted son Chris caused. She actually snatched the bouquet from my hand and tossed it in the trash and wanted to know exact what I wanted her to make. She didn't ask, just demanded I tell her what to make. I didn't care for the tone of the gentleman speaking with them and purposely held back in case I could help.
