I was in the market for some new office furniture that fit my hectic daily job-life. There are a few furniture places around. When I walked in, I have to be honest, I almost just turned around and walked out. It kind of looks like it could be the set for a B-horror movie. The fact that my first trip was Halloween Day might have had something to do with that feeling. This place is not pretty, it is a warehouse of new and used furniture. They have some floor models of new items that you have to order, and they have a lot of older desks, cubicles, and office sets. I had an idea of what I wanted in regard to furniture and I also knew about what it would cost for delivery and install. They were a little higher on price, but the furniture set I got was also a higher quality than some others I had seen. Additionally their delivery and install was less, probably because my office is not far from where they are located. So far, this review could be a 5-star review. So what went wrong to only get 3? Here is the deal. I ordered the unit on November first. I was told it would be 2 week delivery, and was told to expect it probably November 15 or 19 depending on the transportation after Hurricane Sandy. Around November 21 I started to get a little worried because I had not heard from them. I called. No one returned my call. The next week I called again and the voice mail said they had moved. (pardon me while I remember how I felt like we had lost money on a bad furniture deal.) No one returned that call. I emailed. No reply. I emailed again. No reply. Around the first of December I finally heard back from the owner who had been out of town on a family matter. He apologized for the delay and promised I would see my set in 4 days. True to his word this time I had my set delivered in 4 days. It is beautiful. The installers were prompt and friendly. The desk is exactly what I needed. Were it not for the mishaps in schedule and communication this place would have had 5 stars from this reviewer. I cannot say if this is their normal MO, but it sure was my experience. I am hoping that this was one of those fluke moments of disorganization in business. I might try them again if we do have future needs. Does a little miss-communication outweigh a beautiful desk unit? I do not know ...

The lines for pictures was crazy ridiculous and was not worth waiting in. I would never go again paying more then $5/person. The price paid for $20/person was way overpriced for what you see/get!
