As someone visiting from out of town, I wasn't aware there was a charge for bags--and while I understand that may be local policy, it still felt off. When you're making purchases, you don't expect to be nickel-and-dimed for basic things like a shopping bag. Between the lack of customer engagement and the extra charges, the experience felt more frustrating than fun. These types of stores are starting to feel like more of a rip-off than a value.

If you want even more fancier wrapping paper, there is a nominal charge, but I've always found that their free gift wrap is absolutely fine. Been there several times, but each time I always end up spending a long time looking at stuff and finding things I never saw before. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about their inventory and can come up with suggestions if you are looking for something in particular. Great for adults and kids! 5* = A top favorite.
