Some of the things are a bit outdated but you'll find some gems here and there. It seemed like it was more figurines than ornaments. So many things on displays for any types of Christmas style. But wandering through the isles and seeing all that is Christmas things always put a smile on anyone's face. When I say loads of Santa, there was all types. From small figures to table tops Santa to full on life size Santa. A cute little holiday shop all year round.

I got a surprise call from the Branch Manager himself, Eric, who picked up my last-minute, same-day reschedule and came out personally to handle the job. ​From the start, he made an incredible first impression. He was super professional and took his time explaining exactly what he was going to do--nothing felt rushed. After treating the exterior, he walked me through everything he sprayed and where he laid the rodent traps, taking the time to explain a few different options for our property. I really appreciated the attention to detail; he even noticed our trash cans, sprayed and wiped down the black widow spiders and webs, and made sure to clean the trash can handles. ​For the interior, Eric made sure to address all of our specific areas of concern. As a parent, it gave me peace of mind when he explained that the products are kid and pet-friendly and told us exactly what to expect next. He even provided commercial-grade bait to place in areas where pests like to pop up. ​This family-owned business completely blew past my expectations. Then the disrespect of not listening to your potential customers makes us want to use it even less. Then for you, the manager, to say that we don't have to engage with your customer reps AFTER THEY HAVE DISRUPTED OUR DAY/EVENING BY KNOCKING OR RINGING THE DOORBELL absolutely makes you the problem. When your people knowingly and disrespectfully disobey community and residents rules to try to sell something that no one is going buy from a door to door salesman because we check online reviews, then your company will continue to suffer.

The owners of this cozy holiday gift shop are incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even more fun. Knowing that they host events throughout the year is definitely a plus -- it makes the shop feel like a place you want to come back to over and over again. The holiday Jellycat release was honestly such a cute experience. We waited about an hour before opening, and they greeted everyone with apple cider and snacks, which was such a thoughtful touch. It made the wait feel festive and exciting. Once inside, we got to browse all the adorable Jellycats and holiday goodies at our own pace and pick out exactly what we wanted.
