It says limit 24 and no one is paying attention. We did the breakfast buffet for $27 a person and with tip it was like $40 a person that it's included with a larger party. It def was not worth it! They make scrabble eggs and then pre order omelette. There's no section for hard boiled eggs or fried egg option. It def wasn't worth the price you pay to eat at a buffet. The activities they had for the kids are great. I just wish they were able to really focus on the experience instead of selling out room and number of people going. I guess I can't control that.

But the one thing that gave me a bad taste is the housekeeping. We didn't want to get our room cleaned since my toddler was napping so I asked housekeeping who was across from our room if I can get a couple of bath towels and a hand towel. The lady gave me an attitude and handed me the bath towels. I said thank you, can I have one hand towel? She rolled her eyes and said no. I said excuse me? Can I just have one hand towel? And she said NO! And walked away. I am beyond disappointed in this type of service and have never in my life met a housekeeper so rude. The rooms were clean but I found a candy wrapper on the floor. Also when we checked in that day, the shower gel was completely empty. Does housekeeping not check the bottles daily?? These are just simple things to check off their list. Housekeeping needs to do better. The walls in the room were paper thin. Ppl next door were blasting music early in the morning. You can hear ppl talking. At night, you can hear snoring next door. Kids running and screaming up and down the halls

It was so incredible to get off the road, get lost once, and find the right spot and the nice man tell me where to put my car. I never had to lug through the parking garage to find my car, the nice men brought it. Tip well, these vallets are incredible. The actual lobby was very clean, and has lots of space. Huge check in area, I would be scared to see it full. Listen to the people at the desk for elevator directions, I got on the wrong one and it was awful. Just so much longer.... The room was huge, and had many places to sit. The TV had a guide channel, if you enjoy finding something to watch. There is a locked door leading outside, which freaked me out until I figured out it was well locked and couldn't accidentally be opened. The bathroom is also huge, but very slippery if you're not careful. There is a mat with the towels and some grab bars on the tub so I suspect the slippery-ness is known. The toilet isn't a Pre-K reject, and actually appropriate for an average adult. (Probably not if you have joint issues...)

For a Hilton Hotel, I was pretty disappointed the colors, rug, and the furniture remind me of my grandmothers house/guest room. It doesn't really give me the upscale premium room I'd expect for a Hilton. Here's some things I noticed, - Grout around the edges of the tub is brown/black/green not white and is wet and the corners are slimy!! -The bed is slightly uncomfortable it feels like a cheap piece of foam - The TV is 32" 720p TV, sitting on a dresser that makes it look ridiculous, this TV is easily 8-10 years old if not more. I'm not expecting much for a hotel TV but I can't believe how poor quality it is. Overall 3/5 underperforming Hilton Hotel, only stay for purely Foxwoods convenience.

The hosts Jodi and Scott are lovely, welcoming people who make sure their guests truly enjoy their stay. Breakfast was served in their elegant dining room or on their beautiful outside patio. A full country breakfast waited for us every morning. Fresh fruit, homemade muffins, and delicious meals like sausage, potato strata and raspberry drizzled French toast were on the menu the days that we stayed. Once again the attention to detail was incredible. Meals were beautifully presented , and the tables were set with fresh summer flowers. The grounds were also well kept, and the gardens and pond area were so relaxing to stroll through or stop and relax for awhile in an outdoor chair. Thank you Jodi and Scott for a wonderful experience. We are already planning a return trip!

I'd like to highlight the first sentence in particular, if I may: "The Fox Tower offers a modern hotel experience." Modern, huh? It's funny to me because one of the first things we noticed after getting settled into our room was the TV. See, it was immovable - which in of itself isn't all that unusual. But it DOES immediately torpedo any hope of accessing something like, say....an HDMI port for guests to plug-in their iPad, laptop, or whatever to stream from. Speaking of streaming, it's totally impossible to do from these "modern" TVs. Because....they're not Smart TVs. Flat screens? Yes. WiFi ready? Not a chance in hell. Granted, my lament can be aptly filed under "First World Problems". But in 2026, ya gotta admit this is a pretty silly setback. It seems we also apparently got one of the few rooms with a non-functional desk lamp. That's assuming, of course, all the rooms don't suffer from this same issue. Not only were both outlets completely inoperable, the switch to turn on said lamp was missing. I guess the ostensible hole where the button USED to be should have been a warning sign, but....that's what I get for being slightly optimistic. I'd have swapped rooms if we were staying longer than a couple nights. Apart from those two anomalies, the room itself was fine. A bit overpriced due to the holiday weekend? Sure. But considering this IS a resort after all, I can just be grateful we're in Mashantucket and not Las Vegas. Now, for those unfamiliar with the Foxwoods lore, it's technically 3 hotels in one; two towers and a third dormitory known as "Great Cedar Hotel". This becomes apparent the minute you attempt to check into the wrong desk by accident like we did. So, bit of advice: whichever residence you book under, proceed to THAT respective lobby for check in. In hindsight, it seems so obvious. But at the time, we figured they were digitally interconnected. Based on that inventory, combined with the pricing options that populated from lowest to highest, we can safely assume The Fox Tower is the LEAST luxurious of the 3 contenders. That is to say, there are still aspects of luxury sprinkled throughout TFT. But the gaps become more noticeable as you glance at things like.. The In-Room Dining Menu: This one varies tremendously between TFT vs the other two choices. Whilst the former gets an abbreviated edition of Junior's Coffee Bakery's menu, the latter gets a 4 page, full course menu with far more enticing options. The In-house Restaurants: Nearly every fine dining or even remotely fancy restaurant required us to invariably leave TFT and walk all the way to the opposite side of the resort on the Great Cedar side. Not that we don't appreciate a good stroll every now and then. But this is something folks should know prior to booking. The Rooms themselves: Going off the site photos alone, it seems that maybe, just MAYBE....the latter two hotels probably have movable Smart TVs. Didn't realize the privilege of streaming your OWN subscriptions costs extra but...here we are. Oh, btw - their check-out process was plagued with technical difficulties. Ya know how almost every hotel allows you to check out digitally so you can just drop the keys off in the outbox (or better yet, leave them in the room as you exit)? Yeah, no. TFT epically fumbled this one because that email they sent me.....was broken. As in, I clicked the button (multiple times, mind you), only to be greeted by a blank page. Which meant we had to check-out the regular way. How do you #@$! up something as basic as check-out? Don't know! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ It's not like our stay was bad, per se. But when it comes to ranking a resort that's clearly trying to be the Vegas away from Vegas, such consideration goes into my rating. That said, the biggest positives were the check-IN process, the staff, valet service, the extra layer of guest room security, and that huge ass bathroom. Plus, I must admit those dual shower heads were quite nice. Ultimately, we'll return to Foxwoods one day. Just not TFT. Far as luxury towers go, this one's pretty mid. If I'm gonna be paying millionaire prices, I may as well aim for the stars next time around. The Fox Tower is worth 3 spacious showers with dual heads out of 5.

It's a great location on the corner. Perfect site to people watch. Close to main area if you walk through the amphitheater path. This take you straight to the pool area without needing a golf cart. Plus a grassy field for pets is just a few feet across the road. Only downside was so much dry dusty dirt. We hosed down the site & road when we could. That helped with the dust a little. When we arrived our site had an issue with the 50amp. The maintenance staff was friendly & worked quickly to resolve it. Later they helped us find someone to fix an issue with one of the vehicles in our group. Their maintenance crew gets 5 stars all around. There were tons of activities. The schedule was packed. Various crafts,, pool workouts, corn hole tournaments, tug-of-war, flag football, a magician, a DJ, & a cover band. The most popular activity seemed to be bingo. Prizes varied from $10 to $180. Bingo was everyday and packed. There are 4 pools. One was adults only, three were families. There was also a toddler pool, a splash pad, and a few hot tubs. The rules are strict though. No diving. No jumping. No pool accessories. No horseplay. No water games. And no food or alcohol in the pool area. "Patrolling" was one of their downfalls. They had a few overzealous staffers with red shirts marked "Ranger". They "patrolled" on foot, by golf cart, on bikes, & in vehicles. I thought their "bike unit" was pretty aggressive. Often stopping non-helmeted bikers or counting campers at campsites. But when the "rangers" switched to vehicles, they drove way above the 8 mph speed limit to "catch" rogue campers on golf carts to tell them to drive slower. Overall the campground was great. Tips: Bring bike helmets for riders. (This was strictly enforced.) Don't forget anything. Store is small & stock was limited. As in if you run out of camper toilet paper, you need to take a 15 min drive to Walmart to get some. They don't carry it. Bring quarters & detergent for laundry. They didn't have a working change machine or laundry vending machines. Bring string lights if possible. It's pretty dark. Dog park is small like super small. Avoid sites in "The Meadows" area.
