OUT OF TOWN GUEST BEWARE**** Based off the YouYube influence 'Mr HandPay" we planned a stay 5 days long trip over Christmas 2025. While in the high limit area we were told unless we carried a 'Gold or Platinum Players card' they could not serve us Michelob. The shower double head flew off when turning the shower on. Although service came fixed and advise they switched to the cheap plastic double heads in the showers to increase the online rating, but they are use to them breaking and flying off regularly and being told to put them back on. it was rare to find nice inviting employees. Omg, my kids had such a blast at the Foxwoods Lunar New Year event on 2/21/2026. From face-changing performances, opera singers, Magicians, Lion Dances, and lantern making stations... my kids were occupied all day long. They went on the popcorn and cotton candy line on repeat. But, definitely park in the Rainmaker Garage for easier access. We parked at the main parking and the event was at the opposite side of the casino. Great for families (young and wise). Convinced a few friends to go and the kids and grandparents had a blast. Absolutely the best lunar new year event. read more

I generally play the $1/$2 No Limit Hold'em tables. The staff at Foxwoods are great! The dealers make very little to no mistakes, it doesn't take long to get a table either. The game could vary depending on the skill level of the players and aggression, but that's just poker. This is Yelp, so I will mention some tasty treats in the poker room. There is no direction on where to go for what you need to play, the lines are ridiculously long to buy boards and even longer to buy food or drinks. The help are not too nice and the event has not started on time on either occasion that I have attended one of their bingo events. Foxwoods always has the best events! I recommend parking at the Foxtower if you're heading to the Cedar Showroom. Do not bring a big bag, they won't allow it in. Today I experienced their Vodka Vibes event. Got to sample several drinks including Ty Law's Corvus Vodka, as well as snap a photo with the NFL hall of fame player. Got glammed at the glitter bar, redeemed my meal item included with my ticket, took a 360 photo, and danced the night away to some 70s Jams, all included with admission ticket. This review is for high stakes Bingo at Foxwoods. If you love Bingo, you need to check it out. It's good that this is far away or else I'd be tempted to go more often. It is definitely not bingo for beginners because it is very intense bingo with different bingo games, along with some traditional bingo. Every round you play 9 games on one sheet. And you win cash, which varies based on the game. I never won but it's still a lot of fun. Some of the winnings are in the thousands. Things to do know before you go: -When you pay the entrance fee, you are paying for a booklet to play the regular rounds but in between there are a lot of the side games, so if you only pay the entrance fee, it's realllly boring because you have to wait for the side games. So, I suggest getting an additional bundle. So, when you pay, you're paying the entrance fee and whatever other bundle you are getting. You can also buy bundles or additional games in the hall. -Once you pay, they give you a schedule sheet of what games will be played in which order. -You need Bingo dabbers, but if you don't have them, they have a vending machine in the hall for $1-$2. So cool! -You can bring your own food and drinks, so come prepared. They do have food and drinks you can buy, but the lines are always long. Some people bring coolers with non-alcoholic drinks. -Get there early because the lines to pay for your games is always long. If you get there early, you have time to grab some snacks or get some yummy baked goods from the Chinese bakery nearby. -If there are several winners for a game, the winners have to split the winning, so hopefully you are the only winner if you yell Bingo. -There are bathrooms inside the hall, which is convenient. -Everyone there is usually nice, so you could ask them about how certain games are played because it could be confusing for your first time. -This is fun thing to go to with a group of friends. If you're not a gambler, it's okay. Would I go back multiple times a year? No. There is a lot to do indoors and outdoors for the summer anyway. If you want to go shopping, eat some good food, catch a concert or comedy show, or even enjoy the pools outside. They have an indoor go kart track and top golf. There's a lot to do, see and drink. First off was offered an upgrade for $50 to stay on a lower floor in a newly renovated room. Looked the same and smaller than the other ones we stayed in. Gaming isn't like it used to be and not a great selection of slot games. The kicker was going to shower in the morning and the shower head was detached from the pipe so no water pressure coming from the shower head as the water was spewing from the loose connection. Shower plate that tells you hot and cold was not mounted properly and was askew. Took video evidence that is time stamped and reported an hour later upon check out. Was looked into and told there was nothing wrong with the shower. Would be deducting the $50 upgrade charge, but was basically insinuated that we lied. Called customer service and connected to the front desk who apologized and said that they looked into it further and we were correct. Could be some excuse made up just to make me happy. Never again will we stay here. Foxwoods has definitely taken a nose dive in class and customer service. Will be looking into Mohegan Sun for our next casino night away. read more

Man, what a place. Foxwoods is massive. I've been twice and I still don't think I've really seen it all. It's such an impressive piece of property that I'm sure does not get the due respect it deserves in this day and age. If I'm in the area and have the time, I try to make the trip this way. The casino floor is definitely comparable and truthfully, better than some of the casinos in Vegas. I'm more of a slots player and I always multiple games I've never seen before and they always, always take my money. Outside of the casino floor are a ton of various shops and eateries again the viral anything I've seen in any of my travels. It really tries. Plus there is a Tanger Outlets connected to it- the outlet could use a little work, but most malls could. The real downside to Foxwoods is I think it almost feels forgotten about. I don't know anyone personally who goes here. Not that it wasn't busy when I'm here, but it doesn't feel updated. It feels stuck in a time when it was thriving, but it's not what it used to be. It still gets good entertainment and people stay here and spend money, and I don't want to make it seem like it's a dump here because it's definitely not I'd much rather be here than Atlantic City. I just want it to be spruced up a little. A little makeover or something to breathe new life into it. I'll still keep coming regardless. read more

We went to Foxwoods a few weeks ago for a fabulous concert -- the Four Tops and the Temptations. It was a trip down memory lane that the sold out crowd went nuts over. Obviously not the originals (well one of the Temptations bless his 86 year old soul, he's still got it!) but they did all the oldies to perfection. We stayed the night and went down early for a spa day. The massage was fantastic, put me in a blissful mood. After we chilled at the pool and ordered lunch from California Pizza Kitchen. The casinos are kind of sad, lots of people crowded at the machines. I love a little slot action but didn't stay very long. Before the show we had dinner at Grace by Nia which was a little disappointing. Review under seperate cover. Next morning we had breakfast at the Sugar Factory. Oh, just thinking of it gives me a sugar rush. Review elsewhere. It's a fantastic overnight trip and I look forward to doing it when the next act I want to see comes to town. read more

I've been going to Foxwoods for many years. Now that I've moved back to the East Coast, I've started going again, and it was a real disappointment. The only good places to eat were Junior's and the Scorpion Bar. Angela at Junior's was an excellent host. I really mean that. The lady in the gift shop was delightful and all the bartenders were great as well. Gordon Ramsay's Hell's Kitchen was extremely overpriced. What bothered me the most were the drinks at the bars. I'm a lightweight when it comes to alcohol--two beers usually get me lightheaded. I sat at the bar playing poker for hours, and after eight drinks, I could still walk just fine. I'm not saying I don't know when to stop, but eight drinks at any other place would leave me slurring my words. Normally I stop drinking when I feel even a slight buzz, but after five days of drinking at nearly every bar, I realized in hindsight that the drinks were probably watered down. I even switched to rum and whiskey, where I could taste the liquor, but there was still no real effect. My guess is they're using flavored water instead of actual alcohol. Since Foxwoods is on tribal land, they're not subject to federal or state alcohol regulations. This is just my opinion, based on personal experience and not on any confirmed facts. read more

This is a three for parking. Place is so big you better know where you are going. Underground parking lot can be confusing. Just make sure you know where you park. I like to note where the elevator comes out at on the main floor so I can find my car when In leave. This casino has so much to offer. Not only do they have two different spas but they have the G-Spa which I'm obsessed with they have the tanger outlets which always have great discounts they have escape rooms and a destroy room. They have a lot of different restaurants and zip lining from the rooftop. They also have a racetrack in the bottom of the Fox Tower. And they just added on a Great Wolf Lodge. There's a bunch of different hotels attached. There's also a bowling alley and I'm not sure if they still have an arcade or not. Then there's the obvious fact that it's a casino. They also have the outdoor pool and hot tubs. In the winter there's an outside ice skating rink. This casino basically has everything and I love this place. read more

Players lounge starts serving better food at 5:00 pm resulting in huge lines until around 8:00 pm. This saves them money. I suggest they serve less costly food all the time to alleviate the crowded conditions and having to wait in long lines. 5. Why have 4 times tier credits on weekends? What if you gave a casino and nobody came? We parked at the Rainmaker garage then walked, and walked some more, rested on a bench to find any kind of food service. We were hoping for a buffet. Two staff members lied to us and said there were none. There IS a buffet but you must be a member of their loyalty plan to use it. The casino is nice, but will probably not return until there are more EV charging stations. It was a real problem that on the entire property there were only two stations at the Grand Pequot garage and two at the Mobil station. All taken and the vehicles there were not monitored for staying beyond charging. Cars parked at the EV spots at Grand Pequot just stayed there well after charging was completed making it impossible for us to charge our car at Foxwoods. read more

We tried dinner at David Burke steakhouse. It started ok but the wrong steak was put in by server who took it away along with the sides. My steak came out just as they took the sides away so I waited to eat when the rest of the food came. The manager came and because of the problem gave the guys 2 shrimp cocktails and he walked away as did the server before I had a chance to say that I wanted the sides we ordered. The new steak that the guys originally ordered took over 25 minutes but never came even though we were told it would be expedited. Plus my steak sat on the plate getting cold and I never had any sides My husband and our other friends were quite angry and annoyed over the whole situation. Hell's Kitchen was overpriced and mediocre. Lobster Risotto was very disappointing! No seasoning at all. Tastes like watery rice. Watched the cook prepare it to figure out why it was so bad and saw they put zero seasoning in it, zero salt. Saw him grate Parmesan on top, which was missing from ours & our companion. Kyle completely missed checking our dish before it went out. Not ok since it was $33 for a small bowl of bland watery rice. Scallops were delicious but could have used a bit of an acid on top to balance the flavors. Beef Wellington was the best dish of the evening. Really well made!! Dessert was good. Specifically visited Foxwoods to play Bingo. I was very disappointed in how the games are run. They are geared toward very experienced players only and very confusing to non-regulars. No clear explanations ahead of games as to which sheets were being played or the parts of the game being played. Woman caller was very fast; man was much better. All of the "regulars" we sat near were playing on the tablets and winning. Definitely not worth the money or the road trip to go again. Although I had attended Foxwoods Bingo a few times in the past, I would not recommend going now to anyone who isn't very experienced or familiar with their game structures. Plus, the odds of winning any of the special payouts are slim to none (given that the progressive is up to $264,500)! Nov 18th 2025. FIRE!!! at restaurant evacuated the hotel and casino at the not so Grand Pequot. What a complete shit show, my girlfriend was stranded on the 20th floor for to many hours to count. The best part was every employee I spoke with had a different story. i was down in the Casino when the fire broke out. smoke filled areas near the restaurant and casino. I spent 6 hours trying to get answers. I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME AT THESE CASINOS AND RESTAURANTS. A ravishing resort with an assortment of fun activities, food, and fun for everyone! Coming here, I expected to only see an array of slot machines, but I was so wrong. While the casinos are entertaining and take up a good portion of the building, this resort also has so many stores and restaurants that give it a real mall feel. There is also more than enough parking with both self-park and valet options. The parking accommodates everyone, with plentiful handicap spots and easy access to elevators. We traveled here from out of state and had no problems finding a spot. From inside the mall, we also had no problems finding our way back. The staff is also very helpful and is always ready to guide you to your destination. If you're coming with a family, I'd definitely suggest arriving some time in the morning, as the mall does start getting crowded around noon time. We spent most of our time exploring in the Fox Tower and Grand Pequot casino areas, as well as indulging in Tanger Outlets. The casinos are pretty much all slots and it is a chill environment in the morning time. There is definitely a neon and fruit/candy theme going here, which looks super aesthetic to the eye. There are also poker tables, which were not used in the morning time. I noticed that there wasn't much of a difference between the Fox and Pequot casinos, so you're pretty much getting the same thing no matter which area you're in. You'll find the cheapest slot machines start at one cent. Aside from the slots, there is a big variety of stores in the mall. There is everything ranging from name brands to alternative stores. There are also a few candy stores with lots of yummy treats. Prices range throughout but there is nothing too crazy. Overall, we were very happy with our trip to Foxwoods and enjoyed a day of fun! While the casinos are strictly 21+, the rest of the environment is well suited for all ages! read more

So good and eh for staying here.... The good: valet was super nice and helped check in and a place to park temporarily. My husband surprised me with an upgraded room with a view and a jacuzzi tub! Room was CLEAN and QUIET. We were there for the weird Al show... The eh: My husband sleeps with headphones on and forgot them so we went to a gift shop for a snack and a saw a pair of wireless headphones priced $22.99 okay that's not the worst. They ring up $29.99 and my husband didn't notice until after he swiped his card... seems like an easy fix right NOPE! Cashier had no interest in explaining or doing what was right and just refunding him the $7.00 said that not the price.. no it's marked that sooo it should be that price. Needless to say he just refunded all of my husbands money and wasn't helpful. Getting food after shows can be tricky... Johnny Rockets CLAIMED to be open until 2am but we and another coupled awkwardly stood there while the few people that we were wouldn't even look at us or simply let us know if they could seat us.. there were only like 3 parties seated and some people picking up orders. If you are short staffed I get it but simply tell people waiting to be seated instead of pretending we don't exist. We finally walked to the other tower and ate at walburgs it was good.. so yeah maybe this place should start thinking about hospitality a little more.. Lastly!!! If you are attending a show in the theater NOTE that EACH SIDE has a railing so if you get aisle seats like we did... you can't get out unless you want to hurdle the long railing... Some of the staff "helping" people find their seats were straight up rude and I'm sorry but you work in a hospitality business so keep your bad day to yourself... might want to invest in customer service training. read more

Came to Foxwoods and stayed overnight at the Fox Towers. It is a very large casino with plenty of games to play. I did feel like many things were under construction though.
