I received a call 3 days later stating my tv was unable to be fixed due to an internal crack( when I picked my tv up it was an external crack). I explained to him my tv was working fine when I dropped it off, my cable port is what was getting fixed. He continued to say it was nothing he can do and he didn't do anything wrong but my tv now has a crack across it that wasn't there when he accepted it. I asked for the owner and he said he didn't know how to get in touch with him, then later on in the conversation say he was the owner. This is an expensive 65in television that now has a crack going across it. This guy does not want to take accountability for what he has done. Do not take your business here, he will break your item and act like he didn't do it. Really is disappointing to see this is a black man. So much for supporting your people.

I have signed a contract with Valor Lift Elevators on 8/12/2025 where they promised to install an…read moreelevator at my premise by 11/11/2025. I have paid all of the equipment cost as per contract, and as of today, 6/13/2026 I still have no elevator in my house. Current ops manager/owner Christopher Thomas doesn't pick up/return my calls. None of the number in their website works. There is no way to communicate with this company, and they have taken 90% of money to install the elevator haven't provided the services even 7 months after their installation date. Be careful of this company, not sure with how many customers they are treating like this?
