It's a very specialized chair, and fairly expensive, and it was rendered useless. I found Louis on Yelp, and he came to the rescue. He found matching material for the chair, and expertly replaced the damaged panels. The damage was more extensive than we thought, because it was both side panels, and the chair arms. Louis did a fantastic job replacing all the damaged parts, and making the chair look as good as new.

He promised me the chair today and even though it was raining and we just dodged a tropical storm he rented a box truck instead of his usual delivery truck to ensure that I got my chair today and that nothing happened to it . He didn't realize that he was going to have to rebuild the bottom of the chair under the cushion that he remade and did that without an extra cost so that the chair would be perfect and last forever . I'm not sure about all these other reviews but half of my living room / great room and my high-rise downtown his furniture that Rick has reupholstered and redone for me and I do not regret it at all .
