It's a very specialized chair, and fairly expensive, and it was rendered useless. I found Louis on Yelp, and he came to the rescue. He found matching material for the chair, and expertly replaced the damaged panels. The damage was more extensive than we thought, because it was both side panels, and the chair arms. Louis did a fantastic job replacing all the damaged parts, and making the chair look as good as new.

We have vaulted ceilings in our home, so Marie suggested to add a few inches to the height of the headboard. It looks great! When asking about studs, she suggested the strip option versus each stud being hand-placed, since I had two rows of studs on my giant headboard. Delivery was a cinch with great communication from both Marie and the driver. She even sent photos when the headboard was ready! Will definitely use again for my upholstery needs!
