She was very knowledgeable and walked me through the process of how long it would take, how much the shutters would cost. She was also extremely personable and friendly. I had to wait a few weeks for them to be made but love the so much. The installation took about 3 hours and the gentleman was very professional and took great care to pick up any trash from the boxes. They aren't cheap but they will last for as long as I do! We took a cushion from an older rocking chair of my Mom's. The owner said he absolutely could recover it and even had some suitable fabric. He quoted us a good price and said we could pick it up in 3 weeks. We went back after three weeks, again after four weeks and at five weeks. At five weeks, I just requested the cushion back. He promised to have it finished the following day and would call us to pick up. No call. A few days later we went back and got the same story. It was a Friday and we said we wanted it back Monday, finished or not. My husband went back Monday; still not finished. He said he'd have it finished in two hours. My husband sat in the parking lot and waited. The cushion is beautiful, he did an awesome job. Just not sure it was worth the frustration of a two week job taking over six with lots of upsetting interactions. I doubt we would use Cosme's in the future, purely because of the poor service .

We are now in July and he still does not have them ready. When asking him when they will be ready he will tell you a day but then that day comes and he will not answer your call. A couple of days later you get a hold of him and he tells you the same thing...then it happens all over again. Definitely not a way to run a business. I can say that he does good work if you can ever get it back.
