I asked for a soft, faded balayage and instead got the most blotchy, choppy, uneven mess you can imagine. It was nothing like what I asked for--TEASY balayage, not zebra stripes! I was absolutely devastated. I trusted them, and they RUINED my hair. I'm still traumatized and thank GOD I went to a different hair salon to fix it.
