He not only provided QuickBooks files for when they prepared my tax returns for my business, but when I changed to being an SCorp, he took the time to explain to me the differences between being an LLC and an SCorp: In terms I could easily understand. And he let me ask as many questions as I wanted, which was a joy for me, as I like to learn and understand. This CPA is a Scam, Read the other 1 star reviews, and look at the ones on Yelp that have been…read morehidden, and also removed by Ken. You'll see I'm not the only person who was scammed by him. I beleive all the good reviews are left by family or friends. He takes a ton of money then never files your taxes yet demands you pay more and even tries to take you to court. Luckly the judge saw his record and the case was dropped because yet again Ken was trying to rip off clients.
