Not only did Kilburn Construction repair the Hardy Board and underlying plywood, but they also brought the entire area "up to code." It looks better now than when we purchased our home. Polite, neat, and efficient, they left no trash or debris as they were doing their work. Chris is so knowledgeable he corrected additional problems we acquired from our original builder and gave us solid advice for our future painting project. Trevor was also so very polite and a great worker as well. If truly care about your home and want to maintain it, you need to call Kilburn Construction. The sealing around the vents needed improvement, which they did. The quality of the shingles are also good with Owens Corning Warranty. They started the project as soon as they stated. However, the skipped a day and went to another project without letting us know. Then they showed up late the next day. Communication was challenging: no answer most of the time, had to leave numerous messages. The pricing was good overall but they charged $60 for a 2X4 when we did not even use the 3 sheets of plywood included in the contract. It was difficult to get completion photos from them but finally got them.

Worthmann Roofing replaced our roof in May 2022. By fall 2023, it leaked. They came out, did a…read morequick repair, and patched the ceiling. Less than a year later, the leak returned. They found rotted wood and visible mold. A storm also blew off shingles around the same time. I reported everything immediately and followed up multiple times. After months of silence, I sent a certified demand letter in December 2024. They never replied. It is now January 2026. Worthmann has gone completely silent, no repairs, no updates, no accountability. I've filed formal complaints with the state and BBB. Extremely disappointed in how they've handled this. Warranty means nothing if a company disappears when it matters. Update (April 2026): After filing formal complaints, a representative from Worthmann Roofing contacted me. They indicated they are working on a plan to address the issue. As of now, I have not yet received a written repair plan or timeline, and the matter remains unresolved. I will update again once there is a concrete plan and the work is completed.

After an informative assessment appointment, I decided to move forward with them. From the beginning, Ben was professional and thorough. He provided a detailed written contract, walked me through his process, answered all of my questions, and ensured the workspace was cleaned at the end of each day. Even when the project extended beyond the original timeline, I appreciated that Ben kept me updated about the challenges he was facing. His communication and transparency were reassuring. Unfortunately, the strong communication didn't last. Toward the end of the project, Ben became unresponsive. Two important tasks remain unfinished, the correction of a gutter that was improperly installed over my back porch and the removal of a large "Bagster - Dumpster in a Bag" filled with trash from the wall replacement. The last time I spoke with Ben was on May 14. He mentioned he was completing another project in GA and would contact me when he returned. Over a month later, with several unanswered messages, I'm having to find someone else to fix the gutter and figuring out how to dispose of the waste left on my property. Ben and his team clearly do quality work, but I'm disappointed in how the project was left incomplete. For potential clients, my suggestion is to hold off on making your final payment until all aspects of the job, including clean-up and waste removal is fully finished.
