That said, pricing can be a bit hit or complete miss. Sometimes items still have their original retail tags and are priced the same--or even higher--which can be surprising for a thrift store. I've also noticed some pieces labeled as higher-end brands that were not authentic (higher end fitness clothing), so it's worth double-checking if you're familiar with those brands. Photo I attached is something that was 3.99 at GoodWill that they were selling for 20.99. They must have completed missed removing goodwill's tag. Overall, it's still a fun place to treasure hunt, just shop thoughtfully and you may score something great.

These weren't worn-out items. Many pieces were either unworn or in excellent condition. They called us back and said they decided not to take anything due to the "condition." Three full bags. All rejected. It was honestly a huge waste of time -- especially when you take the effort to carefully select higher-end, on-trend brands. Out of curiosity, we brought the exact same bags to Plato's Closet beforehand. They offered us over $200 for everything. So clearly, the "condition" wasn't the issue. Safe to say we'll be taking our business to Plato's Closet from now on. If you value your time and have quality brands, you might want to consider doing the same. Will include pictures of the clothes below!!

Items that sell for $20 at other thrift stores are $100 . Clothing that sells for $2 elsewhere is $25. After 90 days , they discount some of the items by 40% , which means they are still overpriced. I noticed many items had the tags blacked out to remove the discount. We spent more than an hour and could not justify making a purchase . I won't return.

One of the woman cashiers made a rude and judgmental remark about my sister and her toddler son. Saying they were crazy and giving them disgusting looks because they were trying on hats from a bin and laughing. Then goes on to say she needs a beer. I understand this is a resale shop and I guess management doesn't require workers to have any class but how about you stick to your JOB, say hello, ring up the items, say have a nice day and take yourself home and be miserable. Don't bring your negativity to work lady. By the way... you must have an awful life to make fun of a person with mental disabilities who is just having fun with their child. Shame on you! read more

I can confidently say this store is easily in the top 1% as far as the curation goes. They have put a lot of time and effort into their selection. Perhaps the most unique aspect of this store is the attention the owners have put into curating boutique-style, smaller local brands and labels. There are a lot of custom items in here with unique branding which usually equals higher quality than some of the massive chain store products. This also makes the shopping experience more fun, IMO. I highly recommend checking this place out!
