The car didn't make it to LCHS and back it was overheating. I called and was told to bring it back. When I pulled up to the place the oil change employees was pointing because it was something hanging loose from under my car. Marcus asked me to sit in the lobby so they could check it out. He had me sit there for hours with my child toddler and all. Didn't even offer me a ride home and I live across the street. I left a more detailed review of the situation in my previous review. After the review Bill reached out to me and said my review is killing his business and that he would replace my motor in my car on him. If I took it down. I called him back and asked him to write me a contract I recorded him on my other phone of him saying just give him some time. That was in December. I have not heard anything from him or anyone else at Basha. I lost my job and I've been in a rental since December 4, 2025 wasting thousands of dollars because my main car was also down. I've almost lost my home and I had to give my car back due to me not being able to afford the payments for a car that was not working. And pay for a rental to be able to provide for my family. I'm in a serious amount of debt and at risk of being homeless due to their negligence in handling my car repairs correctly the first time around. They robbed a loyal customer and has caused me to experience several financial hardships. I will be seeking legal action for reimbursement of rental car fees, pain and suffering, and lost wages. I gave this man 6 months and 11 days to fix my vehicle. I went back today and said what's going on with my car? It's still sitting in the same spot from six months ago. I tried extending grace to Bil because he was experiencing his own problems with his mother being sick in another country and I thought I could trust him. FYI iPhones record the date and time the original pic/video was taken. He told me December 4, 2025 he had to get it from across the street. After waiting a few hours and not recieving a call back at 12:28pm and noticed my car was full of snow and looked like it had been sitting there for weeks. I recorded a video and everything. I get the video from Bil and it has a date stamped to it of November 28, 2025 at 4:43pm. When I tell Bil that he tells me on the recording they pushed it. That would be impossible the car windows had snow on them still. I've been holding on to these court papers but I'll be filing them in court tomorrow. I'm a single mother of two my kids didn't have a Christmas, we're on the verge of being homeless. While his business continues to thrive. Take it from me don't take your car there! After paying at wash entrance, the inside is well-maintained with efficent working machines ready to make your vehicle clean and sparkle with a great shine. This Auto wash uses freshwater, plenty of rainbow colored soap and lots of suds to clean, along with a clear coat of protectant wax and of course the best spot-free rinse cycle that I have seen. The underbody flush and rim cleaner option in the $7.00 choice wash, is wonderful to take care of road salt and grime since I have running boards and expensive aluminum rims. Before exiting is a full strength drying system. Then when exiting, there is a team of two employees to towel dry off car once back in the parking lot.
