What made the interaction frustrating was that I had just watched him assist the vehicle directly in front of me at the kiosk. I completely understand if there is a policy limiting employee assistance, but policies should be applied consistently. The interaction left me feeling dismissed and was not the level of customer service I expected. I wanted to share the feedback so management is aware.

With the unlimited package for only $20 a month you can go once a day for a car wash. They even have a dedicated lane for members so you breeze right through. Their vacuums are great and they have several size nozzles so you can get in the small crevices to really get the inside of your car clean. They have people towel drying after you get out of the car wash which is a nice added touch. Everyone working here has always been friendly and it seems they stay open a little later than some of the other car washes. There were still dead bugs on my bumper and they half dried my car. I pulled into a parking lot down the road to see if they dried it but there was still water on the back. I also noticed dried water spots around the car once I arrived at my destination down the road. I usually get higher priced washes but I'm driving back within the week or next week so I want to save that for when I get back home to California.
