Well I've been back to get them adjusted 7 times. I was there yesterday to get them adjusted again. I got to talk to the Dr. Courtright. I told what was going on with my glasses and how many times I have gone to the office and got them adjusted. This is when he raised his voice at me and said "NOW WHAT DO YOU WANT YOUR MONEY BACK??" I said that I have bought glasses at Walmart that I never had too have them adjusted every other week. So he tellmeWELL THEN GET THE HELL OUT AND GO TO WALMART!! This was very embarrassing all of his employees just sat there hanging there down looking afraid to say something. Just when I left they kinda looked at me and said Sorry. Went to appointment. Was called into examination room and went through a series of tests. When…read morethat was done, another nurse came in and announced she was going to "deaden" my eye. NO communication as to why or what they were going to do that for, so I said no. Where is the Doctor to explain what's going on? She replied "fine", switched off the light and walked out. Then the Dr. appeared, gave a 2 minute explanation of my eye issue and I said, I would like to think about it. He very abruptly left and another assistant came in and said "You have to leave right now". ????? It was a horrible experience.

Dr. Patel is a solid 5stars. My last eye injection left me in severe pain for a week. Felt like they had rinsed my eye with lemon juice. Had to go in for an emergency appointment for additional rinsing. Didn't receive a prescription for medicated eye drops and spent $50 on over the counter eye drops to combat the irritation and dry eye. Started crying over the pain and soon realized that was a huge mistake since the salt in my tears burned the injection site. I was actually hoping my natural tears would feel better than the artificial tears. Not looking forward to my next appointment.

I've never been told it's an up charge for using the two other machines during the eye exam the one that test your peripheral vision and another. But they said if I wanted to add that it would be $30 additionally. It's literally always been included in my eye exam. It's never been something that I've been told I need to pay for separately. Once I pointed that out she offered a to do it complimentary....what??? So weird. But then I met Dr. Vasquez and he was great. Definitely the saving grace of my visit here. He actually explained things to me that have never been explained before such as being able to see an allergy in my eye, and what that looks like to him anyway I left very pleased with my visit outside of them, trying to charge me for things that have always been included.
