I was introduced to Hambiek via a business connection. I'm a business owner and not a w2 employee. Can make it a real pain when dealing with banks for financing. Enter Hambeik. Very knowledgeable of all the different ways to get you qualified. It wasn't a short process, but he saw it through. Truth be told I wrote it off at one point, but he kept at it till he found a program that fit my situation. He's still constrained by the actual rules of finance, (he can't get you a loan you can't qualify for), that being said, he will check is lenders till he finds one that you fit with. Every lender has different risk tolerances and treat things differently. Hambeik is very good at finding lenders for you. If you had perfect credit, plenty of w-2 income and no debt, you can use any number of brokers. But if you don't fit the typical lender's template, your options are more limited. Hambeik is very good and finding these lenders for you. He knows what lenders will accept and what they won't. He followed it thought to the end and we got our financing done.
