Great service! The hostess and waitress were very kind. The food was super tasty! We had burgers and the flame broiled taste was excellent. Frosty cold beer glasses were a special treat! We have eaten here twice driving through Arkadelphia and both times were great! read more

Had dinner at The Hamburger Barn in Arkadelphia, AR. I walked in and as the hostess was walking me to a table my server Georgia was introducing herself. I asked her for some recommendations and decided to try the Combo Appetizer and Red Smoke Chicken dinner. The appetizer was pretty good but I liked the mushrooms much more than the onion rings and the homemade ranch dipping sauce was awesome. The dinner was really good and the chipotle bacon had a nice kick and really enhanced the dish. You could easily tell the mashed potato and gravy side was homemade...it was delicious. Stopped here during a 13 hour drive and wanted a good meal and this "small town" grille was the perfect stop! Burger was hot and chili reminded me of Skyline in the Midwest (IYKYK.) Our waitress was awesome and the onion rings were amazing. Hoping to make it back on another trip! read more

Very disappointed. Ordered full order of grilled shrimp, with loaded bake potato & Mac & cheese. Asked that the shrimp be basted with honey mustard & a couple of extra honey mustards to be sent with "to go" ordered. Did not get loaded bake potato at all. Shrimp was not basted in honey mustard sauce & did not receive any extra honey mustard. The service & food has gone down in the last year or so. Great service. I ordered to go and the person helping me was just a delight. She saw me wearing a dress shirt and offered me a special napkin to take with me to keep my shirt from getting soiled by ketchup and burger sauce. That was awesome. The burger was good no got the bacon bbq jack burger. Bacon was not so crispy that it tasted burnt which is how I like and the bbq sauce on the burger was really good. The fries are long and thick almost like potato logs but seasoned and very good. I really enjoyed this place and will definitely be back on my next drive to Little Rock or drive to Dallas. read more

I stopped by for lunch and had a Bubba Burger with onion rings. The burger was amazing it had that grilled flavor and the meat was delicious. The onion rings were out of this world great with hand batter giving them that special crunch. The place was packed and the wait staff did the speed walk the entire time I was there. They were friendly and everyone there was happy and smiling from the man that greeted me at the door to every single person I encountered during my visit. The decor is eclectic and fun and people were talking to one another table to table. This was truly a great meal and a pleasant experience overall. I will definitely stop back when I'm in the neighborhood again. read more

Went there today and ordered takeout. Bubba burger with cheese and fries. Drive home and dug in. Simply the freshest takeout burger of my life. Cold lettuce, tomato and pickle packed separately as it should be. Crazy fresh bun. Non frozen patty. Crispy fries. Why have I live here this long and never tried this I have no idea. Fantastic burgers and great service. We were on the road and rolled the dice on The Hamburger Barn, and we got Yahtzee! We immediately were greeted at the door by a friendly young man who showed us to our table. Our waitress was sweet and had our food out in no time and kept our teas full without asking. The burger was perfect: great meat (Waygu beef) cooked perfectly over a fire (like God intended meat to be cooked). The taste was unlike any burger I have had...just perfect. The fries were just as good: crispy and not a bit greasy. They have tons of other dishes as well from salads to Tex-Max. I'm happy to put The Hamburger Barn on our list of must-stops when traveling through Arkadelphia. read more

The food was good. Not the best I have ever had but good. The place is very casual but comfortable and clean. The employees were exceptional, polite and friendly. Our wait person was Jennifer and she was very attentive but not bothersome. She was upbeat, friendly, polite and kept my tea glass full which is a challenge as fast as I drink ice tea. If I had a restaurant I would want her working for me! We were traveling and she made our stop pleasant! Great job! read more

I always stop here when I'm in town. The food and service is always fantastic. The restaurant has an antique look to it which is pretty unique. The food is made with quality ingredients such as Wagyu beef. I'm looking forward to coming back to Arkadelphia so I can eat here again! read more

We stopped here while driving home on a roadtrip and we are SO glad we did!!! Not only was the staff friendly but even the locals eating there were chatting with us. The fries are amazing, you have to get them!! It's a casual place with great food and makes you feel at home. Tried this place today and was very satisfied. I had the chicken fried chicken and my wife had the honey mustard chicken sandwich. Both entrees were good. Lettuce and tomatoes could have been better on the honey mustard sandwich but the overall flavor was great. The onion rings were amazing and the highlight of our stop. Stopped at the Hamburger Barn on our way to Crater of Diamonds Park and was so incredibly blown away by this place. Wonderful service from Bobby and his team. The menu is filled with options from Tex-Mex to classic American. Everything was fresh and done perfectly. We did fried pickles (best I've ever had), salads (homemade dressings, Yummy), Chicken Fried Chicken sandwich, Chipotle Chicken Sandwich, Bubba Burgers, Onion Rings, Fries and the chocolate turtle cake to top it off.
