I ordered Wendy's on Doordarshan just a few minutes ago. I ordered a Dave's triple combo meal and on the burger I put hot honey mustard,the ranch,avacado,Asiago cheese,lettuce,onion on just a regular bun. And instead of a burger I just get three patties. Wendy's has never let me down like this. It's like they didn't even try to make the food. But they made my boyfriends food (which had just as many modifications as mine) just fine. The only reason why I'm giving them two stars is because they at least got my fries and drink right. read more

Now for the rest of the story....The so called "manager" JOE needs to change his personality or go be a sewage collector. I think the previous reviews were of the old Wendy's in Caddo Valley. As of 2019, (I moved here in the summer of 2018), this is my favorite fast food restaurant. Very clean and fresh piping hot food (and crisp salads). The building is new; best Wendy's I've been to and continue dining in at. Only thing is they only put one small piece of lettuce for the burgers--I always have to ask for extra lettuce. read more

Ok so why review a Wendy's in the middle of po-dunk nowhere? Well I'm a roadtripper. And somehow I have ended up craving Wendy's at this particular exit off of I-30 two times in my life, and these two times were about a year apart from each other. Ok that's weird by itself I know. So Wendy's is Wendy's and I'd usually give them three stars and say they're among the best national burger chains. BUT! This one messed up twice. On my first stop I got my Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger with no tomato, it had tomatoes. On my second stop (about a year later) I ordered nuggets and got about 4 miles down the road and they forgot the nuggets, the nuggets, the nuggets. Gross gross gross. Went here as a stop on a road trip, and the bathrooms were nasty and dimly lit (perfect horror movie scene material) and they were slow. The cashier realized that our food had been sitting for 5 minutes without anyone calling out our name, and she realized that it was supposed to be to go, so she frantically picked up the individual chicken nuggets with her bare hands and threw them in the bag. Disgusting. Conveniently, my receipt was no longer in the bag, so I can't contact Wendy's to file a complaint. read more

The stench in the dining area was enough for us to say we weren't eating here. Bathrooms were horrendous. Mold growing in the men's.

So I was kinda thinking like the guy who wrote the comment above this one. Why would I put a review up of a wendies...a coorporate franchise. Well, to say the least. I recommend to not go to this Wendy's. While the food is just like all the other Wendy's, the service portion is far from it. I pull up to the window to get my food and the guy at the cash register isn't paying attention to whatever he is doing. One of the drinks was pouring over the top of the lid and he looks at the cup then basically tosses it to me. Not only did half of the drink pour all over the side of my truck, in my window, and on my clothes, the guy didn't say sorry or hand me any napkins. Then when he gives me the food, he didn't give any straws or a spoon for my frosty. He ignores me and acts like I wasn't even there. Waited Waited Waited, and Waited..... 8 ppl in line in front of us, drive-thru lined all the way around the building as well. The cashier, was RUDE to the customers in line, acted like they were an inconvenience for her. She would wait on one customer, then turn around and SLOWLY, as if she were going to show the us she didn't have to hurry, begin filling the order. The crack of her butt was showing because either her pants were too small or her shirt was too short, or both. GROSS!!! She screwed up 2 orders. Finally, the people behind us left, as did we. Which meant WENDY"S in ARKADELPHIA AR, you lost 7 customers this past Sunday. That is just the number that walked out why we were there. YOU NEED TO FIRE THE GIRL WORKING THAT SHIFT AT THE FRONT REGISTER ON THE LEFT ON SUNDAY OCTOBER 7 @ 4 PM. She is rude and incompetent!!! I would never have allowed such actions!!!! HORRIBLE!!! WILL NEVER STOP AT THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!! And I recommend, unless you are just looking for a place to "eat up an hour of your day waiting around" that you go elsewhere. I am sick to death of this Wendy's!!! Every time I go there they leave something out of my order. I live close by and go there quite a bit but not anymore!! I don't even want to give them one star. Tonight they had no ketchup!! What fast food place that serves french fries does not have something as basic as ketchup? I usually get a salad and they have left something out each time. Tonight it was the pecans. Not one time have I got a salad that had everything that comes with it. Ordered the apple pecan chicken salad the other day and they left the blue cheese off. I called the manager and he said a lot of people don't like the blue cheese. This is a salad that your company made up to come with blue cheese...don't take it off unless I ask you to take it off! It gets old when you don't get what you pay for! Gas is high..why should I have to run back to your restaurant every time you leave something out? If you are traveling through it would be best to avoid this Wendy's because you will always have to turn back to fix your order or do without. I am not asking for much I just want to get what I pay for!! This Wendy's has serious problems...I don't know if it is a running joke with them to see who can leave the most out of someones meal or who can tick off the customer the most!! I wouldn't eat here again. The sign is off, the place looks trashed. The parking lot is dark and empty. There's a few cars lined around the drive through. It looks awful and creepy. Really needs an update and a few smiles through the staff. The food we got was sub par at best. Soggy, stale, cold are a few of the words I would use to describe it. I normally enjoy Wendy's food, especially the spicy chicken sandwiches and lightly salted fries, but this place has me second guessing. read more

No tp in the restroom, no ketchup in the dispenser. The tables were filthy and the order was incorrect.

Service is a little slow for the average Wendy's, plus it can get crowded at the register. If you're looking for 'southern' sweet tea, you won't find it here. My preference it should be much sweeter. Other than that, you can pretty much expect what you would from any other Wendy's. read more
