The restaurant is dirty, outdated and when my crab stuffed shrimp came the shrimp was small, inconsistently cooked, the crab stuffing had an ammonia taste and the sides of mango coleslaw and broccoli slaw were overly sugar. I did not send my food back because I overheard servers discussing that happening at another table and the consequences. I strongly suggest you steer clear. The restaurant is decorated in bright lime, green and royal blue, which makes for a dark intimate setting, but the floor is either in need of a really good scrubbing or just to be replaced because it does appear dingy. The booth's restrooms and tables were all very clean though, so I think it's just a cosmetic thing. What appeared to be homemade crispy corn chips were brought almost immediately with fresh salsa that had just enough kick to it without being obnoxious. When I opened the menu I was blown away! Not only did they have many of my favorites (I'm from the central coast of California where we're spoiled rotten with great Mexican), but so many others that I've never seen before. Honestly, I've been pretty disappointed in the Mexican food here in Arkansas, but guacamoles changed my mind. I ended up waddling out after having to throw in the towel, but I'm so fat and happy it's not even funny. Hands-down, one of the best Chile Relleno I've ever had. "Gee" was my waiter and while we had a little bit of a language barrier, I think we both realized what a great place Guacamoles is. About the only suggestion I can give management as to give the inside a good scrub down, especially buffing those floors because the grout is driving me nuts... a quick spin through the parking lot with a sweeper a weedeater and a trash bag would go along ways as well but you guys are definitely on my regular rotation now.
