This is one of the biggest malls in Eastern Pennsylvania, covering mainly Northampton, Monroe, and Lehigh Valley County. With that, this mall can be busy. Overall, the hallways look clean and tip-top, nicely lit, and well cared for. The crew works hard to keep the mall in great shape.
