Beware working with Ryan. He diagnosed a starter replacement on my minivan, and recommended an oil…read morechange. Said he could get the starter the next day. Paid my deposit and never heard from him again. After repeated messages to him, 3 days later he claims to have gotten the starter, but that it was used and he would need to reorder. Proceeds to reorder and then goes silent again. Only after I threatened legal action did I get a response, almost a week after I paid my deposit. After replacing the starter and doing the oil change the car stops working within a day. Towed it to a reputable mechanic who says that Ryan short changed the car 2 quarts of oil, causing irreparable crankshaft and cylinder misfires. Basically, the engine blew because there wasn't oil.

I respect the job they have done, but I don't think they are very professional. they forgot to screw the spark plug bolt back, didn't even screw back the engine air pipes after no more than 30 min diagnosis, and I said that I tried to replace the spark plugs before, then they only tested the spark plugs and did a compression pressure testing, other than that no more testing, then they charge me $200, and told me that I need to replace the whole engine. This makes me not feel good. car is not fixed, the root reason is not sure, and need to spend more money and time on it to find out the root causes of why it can't start up. But still thanks for coming.

I Live in Austin and I was visiting family in Killeen so I decided to get my car Windows…read moretinted.It's cheaper to do in Killeen Than Austin.I called a few places and Honestly decided to go with Deepstage because they were the least expensive place.I called while on my way and He said they could get me first thing in the morning and I explained that wouldn't be possible bc I was only in Town for a couple hrs.He told me to go ahead and bring my car in and that the tint guy (Kevin) could do 2 cars at once.The only bad thing I could say is I waited about 3 hrs But I was just happy they fit me in so waiting really diddnt bother me.The 2 guys at the front were super Awesome! Really good customer service! When it was done Kevin went outside with us and told us the do's and dont's for the next 3 days to not mess up the tint.Which I also thought was Awesome! To top it all off when I paid he had explained to me since we looked them up on the web they gave us $20 bucks off an already great price for a promotional special!!! We tipped Kevin left and the car looks great! If we have any other cars that we need tinted Im not going to think Twice about Driving to Killeen and having Deepstage do my tint! They do other cosmetic stuff to cars alo but diddnt really ask what.Great experience!! Thanks Deepstage motorsports!!
