    I wish i could put no stars i purchased a 2014 Malibu from them 8-4-23 immediately after purchasing the vehicle driving off the lot i realise that there was no air blowing out of the vents called my sales rep back by the name of Anissa who was AWESOME By the way told me bring the car back and they will take care of it Now here comes the BS!!! Brought the car back took a week to find out what was wrong with it Kevin the service manager told me he had to order parts and one of my parts is on backorder by this time it's 8-16-23 still waiting on parts not to mention I HAVE TO CALL and get UPDATES MYSELF BECAUSE NO ONE IS KEEPING ME UPDATED! Fast forward to 8-24-23 still have no car dealership hasn't even offer me a vehicle to drive while my vehicle is waiting to be fix 8-25-23 i call again for a status update talk to Sean in parts letting me know my parts are in and that he going to talk to Kevin since i cant get a hold of him Sean tells me that there waiting for a bay to open up and they should have my car fix the following week let's not forget this makes 3 weeks still no car to drive and dealershi hasn't offer me a car to drive yet still fast forward to 8-31-23 i call and check the status car should be ready by now you would think but it wasnt I LOST IT they haven't even started on my car yet and i still have no car to drive so i go up there lose my shit and the finally give me a car to drive and i check on my vehicle it look it was at a junkyard it's complete cover in dust can't see threw the windows leaves stuck on the hood and truck with them in the up position so FINALLY!!! The dealership gives me a car to drive while they fix my vehicle fast forward it's 9-5-23 STILL DONT HAVE MY CAR I PAIDED $9000 cash for only good i have to say about this place is the sales side which is Anissa, Brooke and Sean in parts NOBODY in service including the Kevin the service manager would help me i have pictures but i cant post them for some reason but that service department is a f***** joke!!!

    i took my car here for a collision damage repair. Overall experience, it's horrible and a disaster. It took them about 2 month to fix my car because every time i went to pick up the car, it came back with a different problem, or the problem remained the same. 1) Repair guy gave fabricated statements to cover their mess up multiple times. 2) a damage in the fender while in the care of the dealership. 3) Car continuing to drift to the left after multiple attempt to fix the alignment (this was easily fixed by a different collision shop with a new alignment). Dealership did not reimburse the alignment cost. 4) Wheel bearings on 3 sides were damaged, but they replaced 1 Wheel bearing at a time. So i had to make another visit to get another one fixed. And make another visit to fix the last one. 5) Inconsistent gap between the fender, and headlight. Hood and front bumper inconsistent gap. Inconsistent gap between A pillar and hood. 6) They replaced my factory lug nuts with some non factory lug nuts (or they damaged my factory lug nuts). 7) Every time i picked up the car, interior door, seat and steering were filthy with grease. 8) Both front wheels half way CAME OFF while they were pulling in the car to the pick up area. They ended up replacing both wheels and Wheel bearings, again. After multiple visits, most of the problems were fixed, and some are still there because i'm sick of taking my car here anymore.

    4/20/2022 Please stay away from this dealership. They are very rude, unprofessional and they lied to me about work that needed to be done to my truck. Not only did they keep my truck for weeks without even looking at it. They charged me for an estimate and then told me that it would be 3k to fix everything with my vehicle. I ended up picking my vehicle up from their dealership because they didn't have a eta when it will be done and I got a second opinion. The second opinion i received from another auto shop informed me that the work that needed to be done would only cost $400 and not $3,000 like Hamilton Chevrolet told me. I advise everyone to avoid this dealership. Tim in the service department blatantly lied in my face repeatedly and never apologized. They don't care about their customers and they definitely will overcharge you for work you don't need done. 4/21/22 So i got my car back this morning with no issues. Thank god! The auto shop was able to fix my car in two days. This is what Hamilton Chevrolet was trying to charge me 3k to fix as well as not giving me a eta when it would be done. A freaking wire!!! Check out the tore wire, doesn't it look like it was cut intentionally or is it just me? You never know with these places. Make sure y'all get more than one opinion and don't just go with what the first person tell you. And please AVOID HAMILTON CHEVROLET ON 14 & MOUND!

    BEST SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER!!! I walked in after having experienced the worst thing that could ever happen while driving on Monday afternoon on Mound Road. My equinox STALLED Scott (Service Mgr) took my car, read the code and got my repairs done in under 2 hrs. And to add to the already worrisome experience - they are not my selling dealership!!! But welcomed me with open arms

This careless and unprofessional action has completely ruined my tints, leaving them with ugly residue and damage that will require expensive repairs to fix. A professional salesperson should know better than to place tape on tinted windows. This basic understanding of car care was clearly lacking, which is unacceptable for a dealership that prides itself on quality "5 star" service.

I went in and picked out the caddy I wanted (XTS-4 Platinum Series). I love to say, Prestige is definitely a full service dealership. Once I made my selection, they took it from there. I received a call within 24 hours to come get my car. WOW. I was very satisfied with the treatment I received from every department at prestige and representatives that managed those departments. Mr. Flakes was my representative and he was and still is my go to person at Prestige. They did not just sell me a car and forget about me, they sold me a Cadillac and Anything and everything I want for my caddy I let Mr. Flakes know and he takes it from there. I do not have to get in long lines or wait days to get anything done Mr. Flakes makes it happen now. Mr. Flakes and my caddy are joined by the hip. For example, I did not want to read my manual so I stopped by the dealership one day and asked Mr. Flakes to show me how to auto start my car and he did. Now, as busy as these folks are, something as trivial as auto start, he took time to show me and was happy to help. Cadillac's are and always have been my choice of cars and at Prestige they represent Cadillacs in the highest level as I know Cadillacs are. They just didn't sell me a car they put me in a Cadillac. I have been a loyal customer for six years, having purchased my vehicle brand new from you. I have always ensured my car is well-maintained at your facility, and it currently has less than 60,000 miles. I recently encountered several frustrations regarding a repair for my SD card reader. First, I was told the latest I could drop off my vehicle was 2:15 PM. I took time off work to meet this deadline, only to find out upon arrival that a later drop-off would have been possible. Additionally, I was informed that loaner vehicles are not available. Regarding the repair itself, I was quoted $500 to fix the SD card reader, which your team previously worked on in 2023. I was told that the issue was simply a loose wire in the console. Given that I have consistently supported your local business and that this component was previously serviced by your team, I am disappointed that the dealership is not standing by the quality of its prior work. While I would prefer to continue supporting a local business located less than a mile from my home, these inconsistencies have led me to look for a new dealership for my future needs. I do, however, want to mention that Kelly was very professional and helpful throughout this process. Additionally, the service team is out of this world. For five years, I have traveled from West Bloomfield, passing at least two other dealerships on my way, just for service from the Golling Toyota team. I often ask staff members how they like their jobs. It's important to me that I spend my money with companies that treat their employees fairly and well. (4 separate problems - no ac, broken auto window buttons, a whirring noise/feeling that turned out to be a hub and bearing at the front left tire, and rearview mirrors that no longer folded in and out.) I felt validated, heard, respected and valued. It felt really good to receive really good service, especially when I'm normally treated like I'm am idiot because I'm a woman talking about a vehicle.

Dropped it off on a Wednesday morning for which I had a scheduled appointment. I told the service advisor that I needed it back before Friday the following week. "That shouldn't be a problem." I called two days later for a status update. "Should be ready Monday or Tuesday." Okay. Monday goes by, I call at end of day. "We found the problem with the noise coming from the rear differential. It's going to cost $1200 to fix." Okay fine, I'm trying to make this vehicle last. When will it be done? "Probably tomorrow." I call on Tuesday, "probably tomorrow." I call on Wednesday, "probably tomorrow." I asked why 'probably' and the service advisor got all snippy with me. "One of the new parts we received was bad so we'll have to order another and we don't know if it will get here in time. Plus we found something else wrong." I tell them that I absolutely need the vehicle by end of day Thursday. Thursday goes by. I try calling at the end of the day AND THEIR PHONE LINES ARE DOWN. Now I'm at the rental car place because I absolutely need a vehicle for Friday to take my dog to the neurologist 30 miles away. I try calling one last time and they FINALLY answered. "Oh yeah, we just finished and tried calling you." (When your phone lines are down?) Then I walked .6 miles from the rental car place to the dealership to pick up my vehicle. What was initially quoted: $425 for 90k service, $1200 for differential repair, plus "a little more" for the extra bad part that they found. Total so far: $1625, plus "a little more." "Your total today will be $3360." WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK? That's more than DOUBLE the original estimate. I know that some service places will upcharge, but this is beyond unacceptable. Seriously, fuck this place. Do not give them your business. I've been driving for 24 years and have never experienced anything like it. If I weren't able to scrape together just enough money, I'd still be without the vehicle. Look at my attached photo. This shows the quality of their "craftsmanSHIT." My nine year old nephew could have done a better job. I can only wonder what it looks like on the inside. Again, fuck this place. I've never felt so brushed aside and RIPPED OFF by any business anywhere in my 40 years of existence. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else.

    My review of Crest Ford and my buying experience one month into ownership…read more On November 14th, I purchased a certified pre-owned 2019 Ram 1500 with 55,168 miles, which was advertised as being covered by their Ford Blue Advantage 3 month/4,000 mile warranty. The truck was priced reasonably, and at first the buying process seemed straightforward. I genuinely felt like I was in good hands- unfortunately, that turned out not to be the case. Here's why: 1) They refused to negotiate on price at all, not even slightly, but I still decided to move forward. When submitting my credit application, I clearly told Lee Samaha over the phone not to run my credit more than once and only with a bank they were confident would give me a solid rate. Despite this, they ran my credit three separate times, resulting in three hard inquiries on my credit report. My request was COMPLETELY ignored. Had I known this would happen, I would've gone straight to my credit union and handled financing myself. 2) The finance manager, Tim Rotarius, initially told me the interest rate the bank approved me for, and I agreed to it. However, when we were signing paperwork, he sneakingly increased the rate by 0.25%. At first I thought it was a mistake- until I saw the final documents reflected the higher rate. I immediately called him out and made him change it back. He tried to brush it off as an "accident," but I wasn't buying it. We ALLLL know dealerships receive kickbacks for marking up interest rates, so it was obvious what was happening. 3) 19!!!!!!! days after purchase, on December 2nd, the truck left me stranded and had to be towed to a Ram dealership. I was without a vehicle for an entire week while they diagnosed the issue. The problem ended up being a bad starter. Despite the starter being a covered component under the CPO warranty, the warranty company has given me the runaround. I had to pay $770 out of pocket, and now I'm being told reimbursement could take up to eight weeks. I hadn't even made my first car payment yet and was already forced to shell out $700 for repairs. Meanwhile, Crest wouldn't negotiate even a dollar off the purchase price- Petty, to say the least. I purchase a newer pre-owned vehicle roughly every two years. Needless to say, I will never return to Crest Ford or any Crest Automotive Group dealership again.
