Ted had me on a routine, and within days I could see an improvement on stairs, and just walking around in general. After the sessions, Ted started me on a strengthening program, and even offered a cheaper conditioning package. When conditioning started, I was welcomed, recognized and assisted. The assisting techs are nice, they will stop to check on me never pushing and always offering. I like this place and am happy with the care.

They gave me advice and exercises to improve my running form. After a few weeks of following their advice, there is a noticeable improvement in my running form and my Achilles pain is less frequent. For those that know me, know that i lead a very active lifestyle cause balance. I have always been…read morean active individual from the jump. With that i developed severe debilitating back pain when i was 18, fast forward to now and the back pain has/had gotten progressively worse, tried everything believe me. I was so desperate for some relief decided to give PT another try and key stick with it. Everyone is masked up during the sessions and all the therapists i have had, have been god sent. They take their time to curate a regiment for the patient, i have been to a bunch of sessions, i also translate exercises when i am away and i cant begin to tell you the marked improvement i have had over the past couple of weeks. He was compassionate and extremely knowledgeable and his techniques were very effective! As I am a golfer, he personalized the majority of my stretches to the golf swing and gave me a daily routine which accelerated my progress !
