I second everything positive that every previous reviewer stated. I inquired on the website, and they responded in short order. They were able to fit me in quickly and actually showed up early! The technician was both extremely nice and professional. I needed the upholstery on a couch and a headboard cleaned. Both came out spectacular. Specifically, the headboard I attempted to clean myself several years ago and ended up screwing up the fabric, and there was a visible stain.
