Highly recommend Go 2 Steam! I had a last-minute deep cleaning project since I was having a bed delivered the next day and Martin quickly responsed and we were able to schedule something very quickly. Daniel was super accommodating and showed up earlier than our scheduled time after I requested it. Daniel was very kind and respectful, thorough, and hardworking. He went out of his way to treat certain stains with a special solvent, explained the process of the treatment and future maintenance, and gave tips on how to improve the appearance of the carpet. I am super pleased with Go2Steam! They were the lowest quote I received, yet had quick availability and worked around my schedule to pick up and drop off my rug. My rug had been professionally cleaned by another company several years ago (with the pet urine treatment) but we got a new dog who clearly still smelled urine more than seven years later and marked repeatedly. I second everything positive that every previous reviewer stated. I inquired on the website, and they responded in short order. They were able to fit me in quickly and actually showed up early! The technician was both extremely nice and professional. I needed the upholstery on a couch and a headboard cleaned. Both came out spectacular. Specifically, the headboard I attempted to clean myself several years ago and ended up screwing up the fabric, and there was a visible stain.
