They asked if I had an appointment (no) but still told them what I wanted and I was told to login on their kiosk. From there I picked out a color for my toes and told them American mani on my hands. I may have waited about 10 min and was asked to wash my hands. Then we got started at the mani table and later moved to the spa seat for my feet. I was offered a water - nice touch and they showed the menu for spa services. I chose the Deluxe Pedi which includes a jelly pedicure foot soak! I loved this and never had it before. It keeps your water warm and feet soft. They also use hot towels after the scrub and a steamer. Top tier service, very nice nail techs and there's a $5 off offer when you provide a Google review. Now, this will cost a pretty penny but for a self-care day or special occasion - it's worth it! $159.00 included gel American mani and deluxe gel pedi. They also do brows and lash services.
