Even then, both bartenders continued talking and doing side work instead of acknowledging us or asking if we were ready. After waiting long enough, we decided to leave without ordering food. I handed the bartender a $10 bill to pay for the beer. She asked if I needed change, and I replied, "Of course." She handed me a $5 bill, and I left a tip before walking outside. Once I was outside, I looked at the receipt and realized the beer cost $4.86, meaning I had never received the remaining 14 cents in change. It wasn't about the 14 cents--it was just one more example of the horrible service we experienced from the moment we sat down. We walked next door to Dockside, where we received outstanding service from the moment we sat down. The difference between the two restaurants was night and day. The teas? delicious! The tour? Super educational! It was great learning how tea grows, harvested, and processed. Whether you're a tea drinker or not, you will love stopping here.
