I have never been on the ice before so I thought this could be a good opportunity to learn. However, when I arrived for the first day, they just told me to go on the rink and practice by myself for 30 minutes before the lesson. What am I suppose to practice???? A worker did try to help me for a little bit which I appreciate, but still I was just left on the ice alone afterwards. I can fall on ice outside for free, I didn't need to pay $160 for this. There's no refunds so love that for us. Imagine you sign up for piano lessons and you don't know how to read music or have any prior musical knowledge. And when you show up for class for the first time, they put you in an empty room with a piano and music sheet and tell you to practice. Like what tf are you practicing LMAO

Not a good gym for beginners either, I watched personal trainer consistently make fun of people including one girl on the leg press machine that was in better shape than her. Only good part of the gym is they do good things for the kids. Just Google search the names of the coaches working with your kids, especially those not listed on their Facebook or website, let's just chalk it up to "They forgot to do background checks" keep the kids safe. This is all my opinion based on my personal experiences working there and being a member there
