I looked into it and all it was they were going to pour a $15 bottle of fuel system cleaner into the gas tank. So basically an extra $85 for something a toddler can do. Mugsy's isn't like this. I can't even list the many things that went wrong during my whole month long experience and my car still had 2 things to fix and they gave me a "we owe you" slip of paper and they would get back to me once that part comes in. Well 5 weeks later I have heard NOTHING from them. So I called them and the guy didn't know anything but would check with the manager and get back to me by end of day. I almost laughed at that comment. They never called me once over 2 months. Never. And he also said "well the manager just got back from vacation" - Hysterical LOL!!!!!!!!! Keep up with your lies buddy. Run away and run away FAST if you want your car back in a reasonable amount of time and you want to keep your sanity!!

I was disappointed, though, with the condition of the replaced parts when we got them back. They asked if we wanted the parts, and we also checked the box on their form saying we did. The parts weren't in the Jeep when we picked it up. When I called, Gary explained that he doesn't put them in vehicles because they could damage a seat or the interior, which I understand. I stopped back to get them, but they had scratches well beyond the minor damage they had when they came off the Jeep. I don't know how they were stored or handled, but it was frustrating to see them in that condition. I had hoped to keep them as spares or maybe use them as garage wall art in the meantime. We might never need the parts again, but given how expensive Jeep parts are, I liked having the option. Before the additional scratches, they appeared usable without refinishing. Now, while I'm no expert, I believe they would need to be completely refinished. The repair itself was excellent. I just wish the parts they asked us if we wanted, and that we specifically requested, had been handled with more care.

As soon as I pulled into the parking lot, I was draining coolant at a rapid rate. It was about 10 till 5 PM. Den's service center came up as the closest to me. I called so that I could get my car towed back home. The receptionist was very polite, took my information and within about 20 minutes they were there to pick me up. The tow truck driver was courteous, took special care in loading my car, and provided me with great conversation on the 30 minute ride home. The towing charge was fair and what I expected for the distance. I would highly recommend them for towing services.
