Funny all those fees money produced from PennDot and the safety of civilians goes out the window when they can't even keep trucks on the road. The cops even mentioned how many calls they produce to them and to no avail do they live up to their promises they make yet they take our money and traffik our information for some monopolization. Anyway- again I would like to thank Carlos for giving a time he would arrive at the scene- which he promptly did and then for salavaging ny vehicle from the side if the road- ensuring to do it properly so no damage would occur- then for thoroughly checking my vehicle.
