Chris Heath came with great reviews, and at first we were completely sold on him. We paid a significant amount of money for work that he claimed was guaranteed. He assured us that if anything ever came back, he would return and take care of it because he was so confident in his work and product. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience. Several years later, we are still dealing with bat issues that were never properly resolved despite multiple attempts. Over the last year alone, I have called at least five times regarding recurring problems, and my husband has also tried reaching him. He consistently dodges phone calls and never returns messages. More recently, we contacted him again to help trap a weasel that has now killed our second flock of chickens. We were given appointment dates twice, and both times I waited over an hour for him to arrive. He never showed up and never followed up afterward. Every time there seemed to be another excuse ... phone problems, another client emergency, animal issues, and so on. My wife even tried once more to give him the benefit of the doubt, but again there was no response. Very unprofessional service and extremely disappointing after the promises that were made. We called when we were having bat problems in our attic. Appointment was scheduled, and they showed up. We have not had issues since.

I called when I had bats in 2018. Due to the time of year, we had to wait a few months before the work could be done. The work was scheduled for May of 2018 and I thought all was good. Fast forward to summer of 2019 and the bats came back. If fact (4 months later) I still have a dead bat hanging from the side of my house where it got stuck trying to get in. Multiple emails and I have gotten nothing but the run around and promises. I realize that I am a bit of a distance from him but if you're not going to follow up on warranty work don't take the job in the first place. 10/30/2019 I am revising my original review to reflect that Chris has made good on the issue and returned to review where the bats were trying to get in. So, we have skunks in our backyard. A lot of skunks. Like, 18 skunks. After an uneven experience with another trapper, we called Chris Heath.
