    Plenty of parking at $10/day
    Benny B.

I was trying to be positive but the longer I stayed the lower the stars got. I booked through the Hilton website and used a virtual card number. Received the confirmation email and everything. The next day I picked my room on the app and requested a digital key...all is well. The day I go to check in I see there's no key. The guy at the front desk tells me the card was declined so I had to use my physical card. A bit of an inconvenience but it's ok. I get on the dirty ass elevator. There's some greasy looking substance smeared on the elevator doors mixed with lint. It looks like someone was wiping or "cleaning" the doors. My whole time there I noticed that housekeeping didn't do too much keeping of house because even the hall ways were dirty. I found cough drop wrappers on the floor near the bed and the bathroom sink was backed up. The bed was sunken in and that mattress probably needs to be changed out. On the positive side the shower tub wasn't backed up and they had plenty of towels. The lobby kinda smelled good...or were they trying to cover up a smell? Hmmmm.... Anyhow if I were being generous I'd give this place 2.5 stars. Parking is $10/day and there's plenty of it.

    Cockroach in the bathroom

Go somewhere else. Not a good start when you're checking in and told you'll have to shell out $12.00 more per day for parking. Our next impression was the huge cockroach on the wall of the bathroom. Huge. It left me with an ick of unclean for the rest of the stay. The mattresses are old. No memory foam here. There was a cricket or cicada in our AC unit which was going off ALL NIGHT LONG. I had to turn on the AC to make it quiet a little but then there was the roar of the ac unit all night. The free breakfast was unappetizing. There was little effort made to make anything look Like you would want to eat it. Then I noticed the little stuff. Musty old smell. The elevator creaks in a way that makes you wonder if there might just be something going on. Carpet and decor are all really dated and worn. Reminds me of my father's old suit. It was probably nice once a few decades ago. But now it's threadbare in a bunch of spots, the cut and style are out of fashion, it has that smell like it's been in the closet for a long time and you're not quite sure what might be living in the sleeves after all this time. Might be time to get a new suit. Meanwhile, go somewhere else. Go somewhere else. Not a good start when you're checking in and told you'll have to shell out $12.00 more per day for parking. It should be obvious how the management feels about the guests as they have not responded to a single yelp review. That tells me they could care less about us/you. The room itself is fairly clean and quasi comfortable. The hotel itself isn't filthy but it isn't clean. Additionally, I didn't see and hand sanitizer in the lobby or near the self-serve breakfast. So you've got people serving themselves, licking their own fingers, serving themselves again... No obvious hand sanitizer. It's feels as if they do not care. Additionally the elevators are ridiculous. They have L for the first floor and number one for the second floor but no number two for the second floor. If you get off on floor 1, which is really two, the elevator doesn't give you an option to go down. You have to press up and then press the L for floor one. It's an inconvenience and quite dumb! Additionally, they only provide one bar of hand soap and no bath soap. This place is not big on hygiene. The staff is not friendly. They aren't rude but you get the feeling they could careless. With a few minor tweaks this could be a nice stay. Until, they make the tweaks it's a bit of an irritating stay.

    Banquet function
    Temina C.

Great hotel for banquets and events. I've been here twice within the past 2 years for functions and service has been great! Parking is ample since this hotel is located right next to the Mesquite Rodeo. So for the event halls, they are huge, accommodating and clean. One thing they would benefit from is more restrooms with better ventilation. Their banquet food is hot, fresh and tasty. Have it been the best good that I've ever had at a banquet? NOPE but it's good and it will sustain you. When you have a function and do a coffee station always ask for labels for the creamer and milk section because they don't put those signs. Overall service is great at this extremely clean hotel! Can't wait to be back next year!

I had a reservation and walked in about 10PM to be greeted with "what do you want!" Lady at front…read moredesk seemed bothered having to check me in. Room was comfortable enough once you get used to the funky smell and it cooled down. AC unit was off at check in. The free breakfast sucked. The was only a choice of two cereals and I hate milk. Signs all over the place telling you what you can't do! No loitering, no visitors, no taking your free crappy breakfast back to your room, etc.

Several months ago my husband got a reservation at this hotel. He wasn't able to come with me to…read morethe Bible conference so I came alone. I pulled up about 7pm and it looked closed; dark, empty parking lot, just odd. I was worried it had gone out of business so I called to check and make sure I was in the right place and it was open. The lady who answered was a little short but I figured I misread the tone and went inside. I gave my reservation number to the person at the desk when I walked in and she was snappy. She gave me my key and I went to my room. While it isn't the nicest room I've ever been in it is clean and quiet. The bathroom had no pressure but the water was hot so that wasn't terrible. I am staying alone so I turned in the television and no channels worked. Weird. I called the desk to ask if I had done something wrong and the same wonderful lady answered the phone with an attitude saying "it must be the cable company the television is fine" uh...okay? I paid for a service and expected it to work or at least a "oh I'm so sorry let me call the cable company" something more than "it's not the tv" So, the room is clean but shabby. The water is hot without pressure. And I have to watch television on my phone because the television doesn't work. For the price I paid I'd expect a little better service. So if you only need to sleep and rinse off this place works; if you want a comfortable stay maybe go elsewhere.
