She gave us a room on the lobby level which made it very convenient. The room was clean and quiet. The following morning they had a complimentary breakfast. Everything was very well put together and clean. We were supposed to check out at 11 but the motorhome that we were purchasing from down the street wasn't going to be ready till 3pm so the hotel kindly gave us a check out time of 2pm with no extra charge. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend.

Their check-in starts at 3pm although they didn't have our room ready when we arrived at 3pm. The hotel has a pool, fitness center, free parking, and complimentary breakfast starting at 6am. Our room had a king sized bed and a sofa which made it spacious, and it also had a microwave and fridge. The restroom was on the smaller side but the water got hot quick. The room was sufficient, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was okay. There was a bad smell when we walked in the room, the pillows were not comfortable, and the toilet seat lid would not stay up. Overall the hotel was okay with some good and some not-so-good things.

What you would expect from a LaQuinta like this but everything was first rate and for people traveling this is the perfect hotel. Everything was clean and nice. The staff were friendly and attentive. Everything felt like there was effort and care here. Our room was great with excellent air conditioning. The breakfast was standard continental breakfast but very nice with fresh food, a couple of hot items (the biscuits and gravy were great) and it was very nice. What really makes this place a winner is you have a jack in the box/mini-mart right next door and you have a Denny's right next door on the other side! Such a convenience to wander of to the JITB/Mini-Mart after the races and pickup some cold drinks and tacos/burgers. There's also tons of other restaurants and stores like McDonalds, Dominos, Burger King, Los Margaritas Mexican and a bunch of others within sight. For travelers, this convenience is spectacular and rare to have it so easily accessible and nearby. I didn't get a chance to see the pool area but I am sure it is as nice as the rest of the hotel. A solid 10/10 experience and we'll be sure to book here again anytime we plan to go have fun up at Emerald Downs again!

The smell of the entire building (thank goodness not our room) was strong and nauseating. It's not a clean smell...it's a, we want the place to smell clean but failed miserably, smell. Also, room service is every three days...we were only staying four days so it made no sense to have them clean our room. We did ask for fresh towels on the second day. We upgraded to a suite so there were two rooms. The heater in the bedroom worked fine but the one in the main room did not (we figured the hotel is aware because it was unplugged). If youre looking for a budget friendly place to stay in Auburn, this place is okay. If youre highly sensitive to smells, I cannot recommend. 10/10 front desk 5/10 room Side note, bring your own TP unless you enjoy wiping with sandpaper...your bits will thank you!

We've been going to hotels for a a year and a half when the hotel that we went to the pool was closed, forcing us to choosing another location. This is when we found the comfort Inn in Pacific. Upon walking in, it just felt so much nicer and friendly. The front desk staff greeted us with a smile, and it really was a game changer. I can't say enough about how wonderful this facility is, but here is a good way to rated once a year my nephew and I have taken a train trip down to Oregon, which is something he looks forward to since his father passed away. After staying at this hotel for only three months, he asked if we could stay at this hotel rather than take his train trip down to Oregon.. I asked him a few other times throughout the course of about a month and he kept insisting he wanted to stay here instead. Every time he walks in the door, he gets a huge smile on his face, the staff is wonderful, welcoming, professional kind. The breakfast selection is amazing and well done.. every staff member, including the kitchen, staff and housekeeping staff always have a smile on their face and are always cheerful, kind, and professional. This past week while I was waiting for my bus to go back home there were separate guests, checking in telling their friends that this is an amazing hotel. We will hotel unless the pool is not working for a . My nephew is excited and always look forward to our next visit.

The TVs are from 1995. The wifi makes me long for the days of dial up AOL. But I expected no better when I checked into an economy extended stay joint. 1. My first room smelled like cat piss. I complained nonstop. It took them a week to move me to a new room. In this time, a housekeeper commented, "weren't that the room with all them cats?" YUP, IT SURE WAS. 2. When I first arrived, the building was almost entirely occupied by Puyallup fair employees. CARNIES. Enough said. 3. I found a magazine for a .380 in the parking lot a night after I thought I heard gunshots. I handed it to the girl at the front desk and said, "uh, someone left their magazine in the parking lot." I fucking hope I wiped my prints off of it completely, or I imagine I'll be charged with slaying a carnie at some point. This morning, I saw a police report on the front desk detailing a FUCKING HEROIN DEN DOWN THE HALL FROM ME. Seriously, the report says "Offense: shooting heroin and assaulting his girlfriend." I don't know what kind of Section 8 trickery this place is pulling, but there are entire families living in these 150 sq ft sadness cubes. I'm paying about $1400/month. I don't imagine Bobby Sue and her 5 kids would a) be able to drop that kind of cash or b) choose to live in a sadness cube over an actual apartment, particularly way out here, where you can probably find one for like $600/month, if something shady wasn't going on. In short, if you're a drug addled carnie, this is the place for you. OH! One plus. The front desk staff is very nice, and really tries to help.
