Mouse droppings and brownish yellow dried liquid
    Roxanna S.

I always stay at Hamptons, and have stayed in the past at this location, spending thousands here. I will not stay here again in the future. First it took four trips up and down the floors when the key card would not work. The loose door handle of the first room would not open with each new key issued. It was about 80 degrees in the hallway as we made the trips back and forth until finally they switched our room when we showed the desk person the keys did not work on a video. Our room had mouse droppings, and was very dirty. There was food from the last guests in the room and hairs on the linens, floors and tub. Something with sharp small teeth had chewed the entire back of the chair in the room. Just when we thought our bad stay was ending we went to our car and it was infested with Argentine ants, thousands of them. The hotels exterminators had to come fog our car and we were stuck for four hours waiting for the poison to work, and then clean the car as the pest company recommended, since we had three young children with us. After leaving five hours late for our 12 hour drive and the expenses of having our car exterminated and cleaned, the dirty room, a mouse and horrible experience, the Manager and employees would not honor any guarantees or issue any credits or refunds. It is worth the drive to stay at any other location than this one. I wish I could post the pics I took.

Stayed here for a recent work event at one of the nearby wineries. Check in was fast &easy. The room was well appointed, the wall paper was my fav (I tried to get a pic but it didn't do it justice), bed was comfy with plenty of pillows. Shower had good water pressure, towels were on the small side. I was on the 4th floor and didn't hear any noise during my entire stay. Continental breakfast was all carbs, waffles, bananas, cereal, oatmeal, bagels, coffee & juice. There was plenty of food and seating options. Check out was also easy, staff was friendly. We were offered waters at check in and check out. Staff was wearing masks, but not required of guests (recommended if not vaccinated). Location is very close to wineries. I'd stay here again.

People waiting for rooms for HOURS! The room wasn't cleaned. mgmt told us we would get a credit however no credit at check out.

Hilton researched out with the refund hotel promised however the check takes 30 days and now I have two additional charges of 5 dollars each. Nightmare continues

Overall this place was very spacious and close to where we wanted to go. The room has a microwave, a fridge, a safe. The room also has a sofa for extra seating and desk chair. They have free continental breakfast. The place appeared to be clean we did pack some pool gear but didn't get a chance to check it out. The place wasn't too noisy. My only complaint would be that they don't provide shampoo/ conditioner for guests. All they provide is lotion/ and body wash. That would've definitely been great to know. Don't forget your toiletries as we were not prepared.

Having a great breakfast I'm checking out my view through the window.

Natalie at the front desk was accommodating and engaging. Very classy lady. I like the location of this Hampton inn as it is tucked away next to a residential area. It felt homey. I got lucky and they had a sausage this time along with all of the other great stuff for breakfast. Waffles, oatmeal, frozen yogurt. I try to stay at Hampton inns when I travel. Too bad though, I dropped from diamond to gold status on my Hilton honors. :-)

After a weekend stay, there's good news and bad news. (Based on my own personal experience) The good news: Clean Friendly staff Safe area (near a nice neighborhood and a plethora of medical buildings) Good amount of towels in the room Free breakfast The bad news: Called ahead of time and asked for a room on the top floor considering every time I stay at a hotel the people staying above us stay up late and wake up early. They said no problem, a room on the fourth floor would be ready, even before our check-in time at 3 pm. Wonderful! Well we get there at 2:45 pm and they say our room isn't ready. They actually say they haven't even started it yet, but it would be the next one. I had just been driving for almost 4 hours...I wanted my room. So they said I could either wait or opt for a room on the second floor. Fine, just give me the room. We get to the room, and of course it's right across from the guest laundry room that's open 24/7... and yes, it was used. Early, late, often. We get in the room, everything was fine except no remote control. No big deal. They asked me to come down and get one. I told them I would when I was back down there again, didn't really wanna make another trip down to the lobby right away... The second night we ask for some hair conditioner since apparently hotels don't need to provide them in the rooms anymore. They said no problem, come down and get them. We do and they accidentally give us samples of body lotion (something that IS provided in the room). So another trip down for conditioner. Luckily we ran into a friendly, cleaning staff member and she provided us with some. That night it was near impossible to sleep because the gentleman next to us snored, cleared his throat and coughed a LOT, and considering the walls are paper thin, I had to keep the fan on all night in order to drown out a little bit of the noise. Then he woke up at 5:45 am and kept me up the entire remainder of the morning. The last day, for some reason my room card wouldn't let me in the side door so I had to walk all the way around from my car. Overall, wouldn't recommend. Honestly though, I don't think I would recommend any hotel at this point. There aren't really any amenities anymore. I was stoked on the free breakfast. But unless you want to pay an arm and leg for a 5-star hotel, I would just get an Airbnb or VRBO. You could basically get an entire house for the price of a 3-star hotel stay these days.

Rooms are clean with a few extra seats, spacious restroom, mirrors in the entrance on walls when you walk into the room. They have on site laundry room that is convenient to have if you need a Jersey cleaned for a paintball tournament. However, each load is fairly expensive. There is plenty of parking in the front and on the side of the building there is a somewhat heated pool that is huge and a huge Jacuzzi on the side that is piping hot. There is a grill that is in the pool area so you can grill up some food and have like a mini pool party, the area was clean and spacious. Make sure to bring a towel to dry off after getting out of the water because there are no towels in the area.

Parking was plenty and free, which is very nice since many locations don't have that. Check in was a breeze, but a bummer they didn't have mobile key. The woman who checked us in was very nice and informative. Upon entering it looked clean and pretty spacious. They also had a mini fridge for you to store in, so nice! One of the main reasons for my positive review were the ladies at the bistro/bar: Carleena, Kareena, and Stephanie! Once we started to head up Carleena could see me looking at the menu and handed me one to take and informed of their hours and that we could call down an order ahead. Once we got settled we headed down and got the tomato soup, grilled cheese, and hummus from Kareena, super sweet. We also ordered a drink each. I wanted something sweet and was eyeing the 1 drink that was nonalcohilic and Carleena was nice enough to inform they could spike it so I gave her free rein to play since they were out of tequila. My drink was goooood and Carleena was a blast!! Steph brought out our food and chit chatted with us a bit, she was lovely! We went back the 2nd night for drinks and had the same wonderful ladies. They were all so nice, so helpful, and fun! They truly made our stay memorable! One of the downsides for me, and the reason for 1 star off, was that the lights in the room sort of convert to a night light which I hated and we couldnt see how to turn fully off. Other than that, it was a nice stay. I definitely recommend!

It's fairly new so everything still looks good. The breakfast is free in the morning up until a certain time, the only thing about the breakfast is I wish it was hot because it wasn't even warm. It was more like room temperature. I didn't have any pancakes, so I'm sure those are probably hot since they're made fresh. But the breakfast is actually pretty tasty. They have a nice size pool. They have Internet and cable and ice machines. I'd like that it's close to Target and Chili's. There's also a dollar tree very close by and there's some fast food places close by as well. What I don't care for is the Freeway is very close and you can actually hear the Freeway from the room our room was located at the front of the hotel and I can hear the Freeway as I'm trying to fall asleep, but it really didn't bother me too much because it was kind of like white noise. And with the air-conditioning going on and off it would drown it out a little bit. They offer Dove hair and skincare products inside of their bathrooms, which is really nice. If you forget a toothbrush or a razor, they will provide that at no charge. The beds are very comfortable and so are the pillows I like to ask for extra feather pillows because I love them. My last day I had a standard two queen size bedroom and there is a place to work with a chair and there's also a small table with a chair. There's plenty of places to charge your devices. There's outlets and also USB outlets.

The staff are nice and friendly. There's plenty of parking available, and it's free, which is always a plus. The light in the room is motion sensored, which I found out while lying in the bed. It was complete darkness, and prior to that I was taking a shower and left one of the light near the bedside on, but when I came out--- it was off. I was thinking maybe there's a ghost! Lol but no, it's just motion sensored. LOL I do want to shout out one staff member, Karma, for his kindness. He saw that I was holding multiple items while getting the complimentary breakfast, and he brought me a tray to hold the items so it would be easier for me. So sweet! I brought back the tray downstairs to give back to him afterwards, and I gave him a tip to thank him. :) Breakfast was pretty good. I liked the egg omelet, sausage, and cereal. I definitely would stay here again when I'm in the area.

We were especially impressed with the nice bathroom with large shower and separate tub. Check-in was easy; like an Airbnb a simple code for room entry was provided and payment was made online. The property feels secluded and private and is very well maintained. There were only 4 or 5 rooms, I think, at this property. Each room has its own designated parking space. Like an Airbnb, bring your own amenities; other than soap and towels, nothing else was provided in the bathroom. There is a pool and hot tub but I never even saw either as they were on the back side of the complex and we pretty much just wanted to chill in the room. We planned a stay here just to relax and rediscover what a nap is. The huge downside for us was that the walls here are paper thin. The noise from the room next to us kept us from being able to relax or sleep and even woke us up the following morning. Conversations, the television, and the lovely sounds of snoring could be plainly heard by us. The most irritating noises from next door were the sounds of a babbling toddler who enjoyed running around the room; we were mistaken to think this is an adult-only type of villa. While we loved the room the noise didn't conform with our want of a relaxing vacation space.
