They are also on the property daily and easy to reach. The suite was beautiful, and the full kitchen was well equipped with dishes/glasses, pots/pans, all kinds of utensils--a fine cook's dream! However, I am not a fine cook or dreamer so I did zero cooking. And the breakfast delivered to our room each morning was delicious and way better than anything I could have cooked. Still, I appreciated having a full size fridge, dishes/glasses, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. The suite also had two TVs (one in the living room and one in the bedroom) and a variety of streaming options if you wanted to stay in and watch shows/movies. We did not do too much of that because there are so many great wineries nearby (too little time) and those wineries not only have tasting bars but also restaurants! So we were on the go a lot, and I missed out on sitting on the patio on the property and gazing at the twinkling stars and visiting the cute chickens on the property. The only thing that needs improving is a fix to the sliding closet door (off the track and made it unusable). One day I hope to return to this lovely property and participate in star gazing and chicken meet and greets! P.S. Tyler made us some bomb cappuccinos, provided gluten free goodies to go with, and picked oranges from the yard for fresh juice. Tyler and Marjorie brought the goats out so we could walk them around the yard (it's quite amusing lol!). There's so many things to do such as play mini gold, foosball, bocce ball, Cornhole, ping pong, relax and unwind! So many relaxing cozy spots in the garden and patio too if you're not up for socializing. Overall, we were there for not even a whole day and we miss it already. INCREDIBLE hospitality. The bathroom was also big with both a tub and shower. Other amenities included a pool, a restaurant on-site, and complimentary shuttles to other wineries in the area. They also offer hot air balloon and spa packages. The only thing was that the fridge was not that cold so our water and food weren't very cold overnight. The tasting room is on-site closer to the front of the property and when staying at the resort you get $5 off their wine tasting ($30 for 5). We came here after we checked out of our room and our favorite was the cuvée prestige. This place is very peaceful and secluded which makes for the perfect weekend getaway. It's pricey but it's relaxing with beautiful vineyard views.

We sat for 25 minutes without being greeted or served, even as guests who arrived after us were attended to. When I sought out the hostess, I was told our server was "on break." As a former Service Director for a Fortune 500 company who has spent years coaching and mentoring professionals in high-touch, quality service, I find this lack of basic floor management and "service recovery" deeply concerning.
