What a fantastic place to stay when in Temecula. Kamdree and Tara provided terrific customer service upon check-in and check-out. The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. The breakfast was good as well. The housekeeping service and delivery of towels etc. were also stellar. The one bedroom king suite is well appointed with a full kitchen and what a fantastic view from the 4th floor. The hotel has a gym, business center, pool and library as well as conference rooms. Highly recommended

Stayed at this hotel for a wedding during Memorial Day weekend. Clean, spacious and perfect for traveling families especially with young children. Breakfast was good, typical of a hot breakfast offered at these types of accommodations. Very close to the Flower Fields

This is a perfectly adequate hotel. Be warned that this place seems to be very VERY popular with kids who do travel sports. Despite checking in at almost 9 PM, there was a considerable line of people waiting to check in. Unfortunately at that time of night, there simply isn't enough staff to get everyone checked in. Travel sports teams means that you can expect tweens and teens everywhere and no matter how early you wake up, breakfast will be picked over. As a Celiac, there were few safe gluten-free options and nothing was marked. Our room was fine and looked identical to rooms we've stayed in before. Even with the curtains closed, a fair amount of light still filters in due to a lack of pelmet on the windows. If you need complete darkness, bring a mask. Overall, the stay was fine. Nothing spectacular but it was a comfortable and clean place to sleep for the night. Visited: January 2024

Nicotine patch my toddler found which caused tiny bumps around mouth

Review Title: Unsafe, Unprofessional, and Poor Quality - IHG Should Be Ashamed I'm an IHG Rewards member and have stayed at several Staybridge Suites, but this location was by far the worst experience I've had with the brand. First, the initial room we were given was absolutely filthy--blood stains on the bathroom wall, dirt and grime throughout, and clearly not cleaned to any basic hotel standard, much less IHG expectations. That alone was disturbing enough to ask to be moved. We were switched to Room 110, which looked better at first glance. But within the first hour, my toddler found a nicotine container left in the room and put it in her mouth before I could stop her. This resulted in red bumps around her mouth, and as a parent, this was not only upsetting--it was completely unacceptable and potentially dangerous. On top of that, I requested a late checkout, and Joseph the manager granted a 12:00 PM checkout. However, another employee said they would honor a 1:00 PM checkout due to all the issues we had already endured. Despite that, I later received a call from the front desk stating they were trying to charge my card, claiming we checked out at 2:00 PM and owed a $75 late fee--which is not true at all. The room was paid for, and we were out before 1:00 PM. This felt like an attempt to exploit the situation, rather than correct it. Lastly, both rooms were in terrible condition: sunken couch cushions, missing wall panels, and an overall rundown appearance that does not match what's advertised or expected at a Staybridge. This location has serious issues with cleanliness, communication, and maintenance. Between the health risk to my child, the mismanagement, and the attempted charge, this was one of the most stressful and disappointing hotel stays I've ever had. IHG needs to seriously reevaluate this property and retrain the staff. Until then, I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

Sofa was nasty! Looked like a cat had clawed it and the middle and right cushions were sunk in compared to the left.

While some of the place was clean, we didn't even want to touch the sofa! Fridge handle was dirty and almost stepped on poop on our way out. The room also only came with one bathroom size trash can and when asking the front desk for a larger one it seemed like a chore to get it so didn't bother. Also took forever finding the lobby!

    Dishwasher full of dirty dishes.

Our room was spacious, spotless, and truly dreamy. One of the highlights was the porch with a fireplace, which offered stunning views for both sunrise and sunset--an unforgettable way to start and end the day. The staff was amazing and extremely attentive, going above and beyond to make our stay special. The breakfast-in-bed style service was a wonderful touch and very accommodating, adding to the overall charm and comfort of the experience. With all that said, they truly deserve an additional five stars for the incredible role they played in helping me create a magical wedding proposal. Their attention to detail, care, and genuine effort turned an already beautiful stay into a once-in-a-lifetime moment. My then girlfriend--now my fiancé--was completely blown away. I cannot recommend The New Inn Hotel enough for anyone looking for romance, elegance, and exceptional service

It was good Didn't give 5 stars because that pool is just a large jacuzzi. But I get it cause the property is only comprised of 6 rooms or so. Also there were gnats in the shower (I think coming from the drain) But all in all my husband and I had a great time here. Will recommend to our friends who are looking for a romantic getaway.

During the booking process the date on my reservation was accidentally changed. I immediately tried calling the hotel to correct the date, but no one answered. After about 20 minutes I contacted Hilton corporate for help and explained that I still wanted to stay at the property and was only requesting that the reservation be moved forward by one day. I was not asking for a refund--just a simple date change. Corporate told me the property had to approve the request. When they contacted the hotel, the clerk refused to make the change and said there was nothing they could do. I then called the property directly and spoke with an employee named Ron. The customer service during this call was some of the worst I have experienced. I was repeatedly interrupted, placed on hold for about 10 minutes, and spoken to with a very dismissive and confrontational tone. When I tried to explain the situation, Ron responded with "okay, and?" and told me the issue was not his problem and that corporate should have explained it to me. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told the General Manager (Lucero Torres) would not be available until Monday and that there was nothing that could be done. What made this even more frustrating is that at no point did anyone explain whether the hotel was actually fully booked. When I checked availability myself afterward, the Hampton Inn website showed a room available and Hilton's website showed multiple rooms available for that same date at the same location. Despite this, no solution or alternative was offered. I was simply asking to move my reservation by one day and was even willing to transfer to another Hilton property nearby if necessary, but that request was also denied. The level of attitude, lack of professionalism, and unwillingness to assist with such a simple request was extremely disappointing. I'm honestly relieved I will not be staying at this location, but the experience definitely left a negative impression.

What looks like the front entrance along Jefferson is not. It's actually in the back. I parked at the other hotel's parking lot then walked over to check in. That was relatively smooth. I was given a parking pass to display on my dashboard. It's $12 a night for underground parking with elevator access straight to your hotel room floor. Overflow parking is outside in the lot shared with the other hotel. I got to my room and it was just okay. You can't go below 68 degrees. For the hotel-goers in us that like Arctic temperatures to sleep, that may be a problem. I left it on "Auto" at 68 and somehow it bumped up to a humid 78 degrees inside. And a faint smell of urine towards the A/C unit. Now the part where I was just grossed out. The bathroom. There was mold along the bottom of a section of a wall towards the baseboard. It was so bad that I guess maintenance ripped out the portion and it's just black mold. See the photo in my review. The metal trashcan in the bathroom was disgusting. I know Hilton is going the green route, but add a plastic liner or something. Rust and garbage residue is just not visibly appealing. Again, see the photo in my review. The showerhead? It had dried soap scum. Luckily I brought Lysol wipes with me to wipe that down. Made me wonder about the water. The shower area itself? There were long strands of hair everywhere. Some were even stuck to the floor of the shower itself and I just let it be. Recall that I mentioned Hilton going the green route. They only service your room and bathroom every other day of your stay. So if you're in for a weekend stay, they'll just clean it when you check out essentially. I understand it's expensive to staff, but I'm sure the every other day schedule leaves gaps in cleanliness for future guests as indicated by my review. I do not recommend. Front desk employee that checked me in was the only positive thing. For the room and stay itself, I would book elsewhere.
