Pet friendly resort!!! It is so close by to Temecula wineries! Our friends stayed at the winery (don't remember the name). They got charged way more than us and got less features. We got a one bedroom with a kitchen! We enjoyed the pool it felt nice and warm. Not sure if it was the sun or it's actually heated. The grills by the pool area are a must use! They have a timer and the grill accessories are at the front desk. There are stores and restaurants also near by. Went to down town Temecula for a few hours. The staff here is so friendly and ready to help! This is a great place to stay! Oh yes! Almost forgot, they serve breakfast. It's not bad at all. Make your own waffles! Very disappointed with our experience at Staybridge Suites Temecula. We were incorrectly charged $453 after our stay. When we first called, we were told it was a mistake and that the charge would be removed and refunded. We appreciated the acknowledgment and expected the issue to be resolved promptly. Unfortunately, it has now been two weeks, and despite multiple phone calls and follow-ups, we still have not received the refund. Each time we call, we are given vague responses and no clear timeline for resolution. We should not have to spend this much time chasing a refund for a charge that the hotel itself admitted was an error. Because the issue remains unresolved, we were left with no choice but to dispute the charge with our credit card company. Mistakes can happen, but the lack of urgency, communication, and follow-through is unacceptable. We expected much better customer service from Staybridge Suites Temecula and hope management takes responsibility and improves how these situations are handled. read more

0 -- Discrimination, Harassment, and Zero Empathy from Staff I have stayed at this property twice this year -- first for nearly a month in February after a slab leak forced my family out of our home, and again just this past week. Our February stay was largely positive, which is why we returned. That goodwill was completely destroyed during our second visit. Incident 1 -- Treated like a trespasser in my own temporary home. During a difficult night, I stepped into the emergency stairwell to decompress. A female staff member, dressed in all black and without visible hotel identification, approached me in an aggressive, accusatory manner. She refused to accept that I was a registered guest despite my having stayed at this property for nearly a month total this year. She demanded I prove where my room was and forced me to wake up my partner and children in the middle of the night to verify my stay. I am a paying guest. The assumption made about me -- with no basis other than her own judgment -- was humiliating and discriminatory. Incident 2 -- Room reassigned without proper notice, then staff entered without consent. The following morning, we received a call stating our room was being given away, with no meaningful advance notice. Later that day, a male staff member entered our room without knocking, nearly walking in on my partner, who was undressed. He showed no remorse and continued to pressure us to leave immediately. Our February experience showed this property has genuine potential. But what my family experienced this week -- the profiling, the aggressive confrontation, the invasion of privacy, and the complete absence of empathy during an already stressful time -- is something no paying guest should ever experience. I will be filing a formal complaint with IHG corporate. I would not return, and I cannot recommend this property to others. read more

We recently came to Temecula for a friend's birthday trip and I didn't want to spend $1000 for Ponte Inn (I could fly somewhere for the weekend for that much!) so we ended up here. It's about a 20-minute drive or Uber ride to wine country and the major wineries. The check-in staff wasn't the friendliest and their computer systems are pretty slow, but the room was spacious and clean! We didn't use it, but there was a full refrigerator, microwave, burners and dishwasher in the kitchenette. I always appreciate rooms with the toilet/shower separate from the sink area so guests could access both at the same time. The property also offers a small "convenience store" area so you could purchase snacks, toiletries and water, and an outdoor BBQ and fire pit. Parking is free and convenient. I didn't use it either but they also offer complimentary continental breakfast (it looked like your mid continental breakfast with bagels, a waffle maker, sausages, pre-made omelets, yogurt and cottage cheese, etc). Nice to get a little sustenance on the go before going out to wine taste! I'd stay here again! read more

Spent two nights here starting on Christmas to visit the wineries and spend a day in Glen Ivy. Plenty of parking when we got there and it had pool out front with a fireplace and grilling area. Check in was easy. The lady at the front desk was very sweet and friendly. Our room was on the 4th floor and we got a suite. Which was very spacious and clean. It was very cozy too. View was ok but we didn't expect anything fancy, but there is a new kbbq opening up next door. We also had complimentary breakfast in the lobby. It was standard nothing crazy. Eggs, sausage, & potatoes and a waffle maker. Cereal and yogurt plus coffee and juice. Decent and it's a free so nothing to complain about. Overall we had a really nice stay and would come back, if we spend time in the area again. read more

The manager, Huberth was also very helpful and friendly and you could tell that he took pride in the quality and condition of his hotel. What a fantastic place to stay when in Temecula. Kamdree and Tara provided terrific customer service upon check-in and check-out. The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. The breakfast was good as well. The housekeeping service and delivery of towels etc. were also stellar. The one bedroom king suite is well appointed with a full kitchen and what a fantastic view from the 4th floor. The hotel has a gym, business center, pool and library as well as conference rooms. What a great day this was I spent six days. It was very clean. Had everything I needed. I had a suite with a kitchen, full refrigerator, stove, top dishwasher, etc. The only reason why I gave it four stars is because I was there for 6 days. I did not once get a housekeeping service so my garbage piled up I didn't get fresh towels. I ran out of toilet paper. I had called and asked for services on my third day they said I would get services and I came back later in the afternoon to find I had not gotten services. I called on Friday and asked about services and they said they didn't have housekeeping on the weekend. Otherwise, I would definitely stay here again. read more

This is a perfectly adequate hotel. Be warned that this place seems to be very VERY popular with kids who do travel sports. Despite checking in at almost 9 PM, there was a considerable line of people waiting to check in. Unfortunately at that time of night, there simply isn't enough staff to get everyone checked in. Travel sports teams means that you can expect tweens and teens everywhere and no matter how early you wake up, breakfast will be picked over. As a Celiac, there were few safe gluten-free options and nothing was marked. Our room was fine and looked identical to rooms we've stayed in before. Even with the curtains closed, a fair amount of light still filters in due to a lack of pelmet on the windows. If you need complete darkness, bring a mask. Overall, the stay was fine. Review Title: Unsafe, Unprofessional, and Poor Quality - IHG Should Be Ashamed I'm an IHG Rewards member and have stayed at several Staybridge Suites, but this location was by far the worst experience I've had with the brand. First, the initial room we were given was absolutely filthy--blood stains on the bathroom wall, dirt and grime throughout, and clearly not cleaned to any basic hotel standard, much less IHG expectations. That alone was disturbing enough to ask to be moved. We were switched to Room 110, which looked better at first glance. But within the first hour, my toddler found a nicotine container left in the room and put it in her mouth before I could stop her. This resulted in red bumps around her mouth, and as a parent, this was not only upsetting--it was completely unacceptable and potentially dangerous. On top of that, I requested a late checkout, and Joseph the manager granted a 12:00 PM checkout. However, another employee said they would honor a 1:00 PM checkout due to all the issues we had already endured. Despite that, I later received a call from the front desk stating they were trying to charge my card, claiming we checked out at 2:00 PM and owed a $75 late fee--which is not true at all. The room was paid for, and we were out before 1:00 PM. This felt like an attempt to exploit the situation, rather than correct it. Lastly, both rooms were in terrible condition: sunken couch cushions, missing wall panels, and an overall rundown appearance that does not match what's advertised or expected at a Staybridge. This location has serious issues with cleanliness, communication, and maintenance. Between the health risk to my child, the mismanagement, and the attempted charge, this was one of the most stressful and disappointing hotel stays I've ever had. IHG needs to seriously reevaluate this property and retrain the staff. Until then, I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere. read more

It was my fault we ended up staying here. I always like to check reviews on Yelp and Tripadviser for hotels but forgot to check TripAdviser this time where the cleanliness score was a sad 3.2. I was worried immediantely after seeing that. From checking in I knew it wasnt going to be a good experience here. The floors had so many spills and stains on them. Our room was large but there was a visible lack of caring when it comes to cleaning. There were stains on walls, still trash in the trash can under the sink, in between the toilet seat and lid wasnt cleaned, and the celing had marks on it. These are all things that could easily be taken care of with more attention to detail. The biggest issue with the room was we felt vibration a few times during our stay where we wondered if their was an earthquake (but there was not). Im not sure why this happened but it was very unpleasant. I wouldnt stay again. read more

Omgosh, this was a horrible experience. We arrived after driving all day with our little one. We were so ready to swim and then relax in our room. Our room smelled so badly of wet dog covered up by "love my carpet" deodorizer, it was hard to breath...the sofa smelled the same way. We had to cover sit with an extra blanket to sit down. The room did not have all the electricity working(kitchen, bedroom and vanity area of the bathroom did not work). There were no linens for the sofa bed. I had to call for sheets, blanket and a pillow. When I unfolded the sofa bed, there was a brown spot on the mattress pad and trash under the sofa. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes and the shower had very little pressure. To top it all off there was a dead cockroach in the hall off the elevator. The only great thing about the hotel was the clean, warm pool. We really enjoyed using it. We reported this all to the manager on duty and he told us the hotel was "booked", so we did not have an option to move to a clean room. read more

My husband and I just spent 10 nights (5 nights there, 3 nights back home, and another 5 nights back). We had to be in Temecula for work and since each stay was for 5 nights, we chose Staybridge Suites so we could have use of a full kitchen in our room since we prefer cooking to eating out every meal. There were pros and cons to this hotel. Pros; they have a pretty nice gym that I took advantage of. We liked their outdoor fire pit and their happy hour Mon-Weds is pretty great (free craft beer/wine and appetizers). The decor in the main areas and rooms was nice & modern, but warm & welcoming. Full kitchens in-room with cookware, plate ware, silverware, and glassware is nice; along with a full sized fridge with ice maker. Bed was fairly comfortable too. Cons; their complimentary breakfast is the worst we've had in a hotel. The selections are weird (beef kielbasa for breakfast?) and no matter what time or day you go down, everything is picked over and the woman in charge of breakfast is not friendly. They also have a policy where they will NOT clean your room unless you stay a minimum 7 nights. That's fine, but the rooms aren't well stocked and need housekeeping. For our 2nd 5 night stay, we had one 1/2 roll of toilet paper with no extras. We had 3 bath towels, 1 of which had a huge reddish stain. There is one small trash can for the kitchen and one teeny trash can in the bathroom. Since we cooked a lot, these trash cans filled up fast. Also the "dining" table in room is funky and crumbs falling to the floor were inevitable. If housekeeping isn't available for stays under 7 nights, make sure your rooms are better stocked, with additional trash cans, and maybe even a little vacuum. Lastly, there were sketchy people hanging in the back parking of the parking lot. I personally saw police come to the parking lot 3 times. If I didn't have my husband with me, I would not have felt safe walking to/from my car in the evenings. Overall, this place is okay-ish. If you need a place with a kitchen, it's fine, but if you don't need a kitchen maybe look at other nearby hotels. read more

If I could give this place a zero I would. I saw the photos online where they looked nice but why don't they bother to show the real reflection of a room that looks like a disaster? This hotel had plenty of time to have this room ready but they chose not to thinking this was perfectly acceptable in the hotel business. If you spend a good amount of money can a hotel chain like this one have high cleanliness and working standards? It does not appear so because today. April 6, 2024 as i proceeded to check into my room, I had to walk out immediately due to the disappointment and disgust of viewing an unclean, broken, and non-functioning room. The refrigerator looked like it had stains all over it and they couldn't be wiped away, curtains on the left side of the room were broken and hanging down, the bed sheets looked like they had been barley put on and not clean, and finally the air conditioning unit was making loud noises like it was dysfunctional and going to explode. From now on, I will be staying with the higher hotel chains like Hilton or Marriott so I don't have to ever incur this unpleasant and highly inconvenient experience. I simply wanted to have a one-day get away but it won't happen now. I can at least enjoy the day and evening in Temecula and head home to San Diego to sleep in my own clean and functioning home. read more

Nice place to stay. I start this review by admitting that they overbooked the room type that we specifically needed, but the staff made it up to us. We got a bigger room, way more than we needed, but super comfortable for a family of four. The facility is super clean and the building appears fairly new. The staff does a great job maintaining the place. They have a nice laundry room with a decent size gym, and a nice heated pool. One of the best perks of Staybridge is their social hours during the weeknights. They provide appetizers, but even better, drinks! The food is meh, but it's free, especially if you just want a snack with alcohol. The breakfast is fairly good; what you would expect for continental breakfast but a little more. The lounge/eating area is super clean and nice. The hotel location is close to eateries around the area, and a quick drive to shopping and attractions. The mall and old town are literally 5 minutes away too. Overall, if you are visiting the area, this place is a definite recommendation with a family. read more

Nice and clean! Our check in was easy. We checked in on 10/4/25 at 2 pm. Staff was nice and welcoming.Our room was ready. The front desk explained the breakfast hours 6:30 am to 10am. I did go to the breakfast which was nice. They served sausage, omelette with cheese breakfast potatoes, waffles. They also had a yogurt station with toppings, cereal, fruit and pastry. There was apple and orange juice also a soda machine. Unfortunately coffee was not available because the coffee machine was broken but I am not a coffee drinker but many people were inquiring about it. Our room was a suite on the 4th floor room 438. It was very nice facing Rancho California Rd. The noise from the street we could hear so I would suggest getting a room not facing the street. The room has a two burner stove, microwave, sink and full fridge. We had a king bed. The bathroom is a shower with Dove products which was nice. We stayed one night to attend a concert at Thornton winery. When we returned to the room after the concert there was a young girl about 21 years old passed out drunk blocking our door. We were able to wake her up however she passed out in the hallway. I called the front desk to get assistance and the desk lady stated she didn't have assistance to leave the desk. I told her she needed to get help because I was concerned for her safety. About 10 minutes later I heard her talking and the girl was able to stumble to her room with the rest of her party. Overall this is a nice place to stay. Parking can be difficult but not bad. I would stay here again. read more

I typically dislike staying in hotels, but if I could stay in a hotel room that had a full kitchen and lots of room to spread out like the rooms at Staybridge Suites Temecula, then I think I would like staying at hotels more. This is a great hotel option if you are traveling with family and/or kids. So yes: The hotel rooms here all have full kitchens, bar seating, a living room and a separate bedroom. The only not great thing is the bathroom: The sink is in the bedroom, and the toilet and shower are in their own room. Maybe they have rooms with full bathrooms, but the one I got didn't have that. But all that is forgiven because this hotel has a happy hour from 5-7 p.m. on certain weekdays! And during happy hour, they offer you free appetizers and free beer. Yay! Free food and alcohols is always a nice bonus. This hotel has an outdoor pool, a decent gym with an elliptical and weights, a computer room, and free breakfast. On top of all that, it's super clean and quiet. We didn't hear anyone the whole time we stayed there. We really enjoyed our stay. read more

I really had one of my best hotel experiences here. My wife & I were in town with our 3 kids for a wedding. Since the kids couldn't come along & we had someone coming over to watch them, we wanted to get a room that had 2 rooms & a common area so an extended stay place was perfect. Staybridge popped up with good reviews so we opted to give them a shot. I'm glad we did. The room was clean & felt like it was brand new. All of the appliances were in good shape & clean. We didn't use anything other than the fridge, sink, & dishwasher, but everything was fine & it was great that the room came with a small collection of plates & utensils. While we mostly ate out, being able to come back to our room & eating there was a nice perk. The breakfast was also fine. Nothing amazing, but much better than other free breakfasts I've had at hotels. My 5 year old said it was the best food he's ever had. Take that for whatever it is. The hotel grounds were well kept. Pool area was clean as were the common areas. I will say the bike in the fitness room was missing the knob to adjust the seat hight so unless you're tall, it's not going to be comfortable to use (bummer). But other than that the fitness center is great. There was one moment when maintenance came to our room since they were suspicious about a leak below us. They were incredibly appologetic for bothering us, but were in & out relatively quickly & when we saw the workers throughout our stay, they continued to say sorry for bothering us. It was much appreciated. I also wanted to highlight the beds. They were so incredibly comfortable. A+ there. We had absolutely no problem sleeping through the night not them. in all, if you're looking for somewhere to stay for days or even just one night (but with an almost apartment like feel), this place is great. We've stayed here for 6+ years and unfortunately the property & neighborhood has gone downhill. The parking lot was full of trash & dirt areas covered with dog poop. At 6:30 pm I walked my dog out front to find some grass & a homeless woman started screaming at me & chased me back into the hotel parking lot. This morning at 6 am, I went to the lobby for a luggage cart & there were none. The lady at the desk told me the guests keep them in their rooms overnight. This has never happened before. I had the worst experience checking in tonight. We drove over 2 hours to get here. When I walked into the lobby the check in desk was vacant. I sat at the front desk for 20 minutes (with my 1 year old child) waiting for someone. Eventually the receptionist, Tara, walked up and she couldn't care less that I was waiting for someone. My wife booked the reservation using my credit card so she wouldn't let me check in since the id's didn't match. I explained that my wife was waiting outside with our 3 year old son. Tara didn't believe me so she walked outside to make sure my wife was here. Sure enough, my wife was outside, patiently waiting. Tara walked back inside and told me to wait while she walked in the back room for 5 minutes. Tara came back and said I still couldn't check in since the id didn't match the credit card. I explained that my wife is on my bank account and even logged into my Wells Fargo account to show her my wife was an approved user on the account. She took a photo of my bank statement (with both our names as listed on the account) and went back into her secret room for 5 minutes. Once again she replied she wouldn't let me stay here. She told me I had to leave and go somewhere else. I was absolutely in shock. I asked to speak to her manager (whoever she kept privately calling in the back) to understand why my bank account statement isn't sufficient. At this point we're getting close to an hour trying to get checked into my room that I already paid for. Her 2nd manager said yeah, of course he can check in, let him get the keys. She quickly printed my room keys and then she tried to play it off like she was doing me a favor by letting me stay here. I couldn't post this bad review fast enough. I haven't even turned the TV on in the room. Ill never stay here again. I'm still in complete shock. I felt like she was doing everything in her power to prevent me from staying here. I spent a fabulous three weeks at this establishment the service was excellent. My room was a one bedroom apartment. The entire staff was kind and courteous to everyone I experienced viewing. Their breakfast was fresh every morning it's beyond a standard continental breakfast. In the evening they served a Social get together for the guest Monday thru Wednesday nights "awesome ".The amenities were fabulous, guest have access to fixing food on Barbecue Islands outside as well as the access to swimming pool and hot tub outside. I am giving two stars for the following: 1. The cleanliness of our room 2. The location of the hotel Now, let's get into the review. The ONLY reason we stayed here, is because our normal spot was canceled due to the establishment not having enough staff. Check in was cool. It was quick, and the front desk staff were friendly. The grounds were okay, the parking lot seemed to be a bit small, but I guess the hotel really isn't that big. The pool was in an awkward place though, along with the BBQ area. Seemed weird to be right there near the parking lot as soon as you pull in. I don't know maybe it's just me. Now to the room. We were on the 3rd floor which was fine, but it would have been nice to have more than one set of elevators, and more than two luggage carts as we had a ton of stuff, and had to make several trips. We did kick up with getting one at check out though. The kitchen was kind of whack. Although there was a fridge, microwave and, very tiny stovetop, we would have loved an oven. We frequent sushi spots (You and I Sushi is across the street) and we like to earn our leftover sushi up in the oven. But the kitchen was doable. Now, the TV... ugh, I am not sure who designed this room, but they should have gone back to the drawing board as we could barely see the television from the bed. Like why would you face the television towards the kitchen with very little swivel allotted. The television was NOT a smart television which is mind boggling considering this is a new hotel. My husband brought his PlayStation, so that we could watch Netflix but the WiFi sucked HORRIBLY! Now, on to the bathroom. The size was cool but the door/handle was something I've never seen before. For starters the door does NOT close all the way and it's like a pull up down thing to get out... it's weird and crazy and whoever selected this for the doors should be fired immediately! The ironing board was tiny and portable. I mean you place the ironing board on the little ass table and there you go. My husband is 6'5 so imagine ironing his pants. There were also times when the television had a bad connection so imagine trying to watch something. It seems that it uses an antenna, not cable. Straight fire... the best breakfast spot I've been to in Temecula. I will give kudos to housekeeping. We had to ask for new towels, and toilet paper.
