Just part of the nice breakfast buffet!

Absolutely loved this hotel! I always stay at Hilton properties and especially like Home2's because they are pet friendly and they have a full size refrigerator and freezer! This one is conveniently located near Old Town. I was pleasantly surprised to find a Charge Point EV charging station right at the lobby entrance which was a huge plus! Comfortable beds, clean environment, TV preloaded with streaming apps and free breakfast that is wonderful! Definitely will stay here again!

Management needs an attitude adjustment, room was everything from broken door handles, dirty pull out couch bed, dirty carpets, loose plugs that would not hold a charger. We dealt with it until the ants came marching in. When we asked to change rooms we were told they would move us but didn't know when....until we called corporate and then we got a quick call saying they have a room now. This weekend was supposed to be a relaxing mother/ daughter weekend. It was a disappointing exerperience no doubt. But the one person(Kelsy) who could have handled it with decent(not even great) exerperience made it beyond acceptable.

We had a good experience. The front desk staff were really nice and it was easy to check in and checking out was really simple. They have a pretty decent free breakfast in the morning. The room we had was nice. I was a little confused on why they had some of the items in the room, especially since they don't have stoves to cook on. The hallways and elevator were always so hot. They do have a nice outdoor area. The group of girls we're traveling with were disappointed they didn't have a hot tub. Overall, it was a nice stay.

This is a very nice, clean property with large rooms. My room had a queen bed and a sleeper sofa. The bathroom had plenty of counter space (which is truly annoying when there is little space to put stuff). The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was surprisingly stocked with cups, dishes, silverware, and other cooking necessities. There was a microwave, full size refrigerator and dishwasher. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that the breakfast did not match the quality of the hotel. (And I can't choose 4.5 stars.) There were a few breakfast sandwiches and skimpy foldover omelets on an enclosed shelf, one waffle maker, a juice machine, and yogurt. No bacon or sausage, no bagels or pastries.

Overall this is your typical chain hotel. Check in was easy. The receptionist was friendly. The room was comfortable. The room was clean but didn't feel clean because of all the stains on the sofa and carpet. The stains should've been cleaned when they first happened. The hotel was pretty quiet. There was only shampoo and shower gel, no conditioner or lotion which was inconvenient.

There's a fire pit and jacuzzi available. Our room was nice and cozy and we greatly appreciate the complementary note and gift. The only thing that wasn't working in the room was the TV. We just wanted some background noise and we kept finagling with it but no luck. We did let the front desk know and they're aware of the situation. We didn't have any issues with noise but maybe we were lucky and didn't have anyone else staying nearby. All the wine and food here is delicious. Really can't go wrong with this beautiful winery and no need to leave really. The only suggestion would be for the coffee shop on site to be open in the morning instead of later on in the day. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we look forward to coming back again!

What looks like the front entrance along Jefferson is not. It's actually in the back. I parked at the other hotel's parking lot then walked over to check in. That was relatively smooth. I was given a parking pass to display on my dashboard. It's $12 a night for underground parking with elevator access straight to your hotel room floor. Overflow parking is outside in the lot shared with the other hotel. I got to my room and it was just okay. You can't go below 68 degrees. For the hotel-goers in us that like Arctic temperatures to sleep, that may be a problem. I left it on "Auto" at 68 and somehow it bumped up to a humid 78 degrees inside. And a faint smell of urine towards the A/C unit. Now the part where I was just grossed out. The bathroom. There was mold along the bottom of a section of a wall towards the baseboard. It was so bad that I guess maintenance ripped out the portion and it's just black mold. See the photo in my review. The metal trashcan in the bathroom was disgusting. I know Hilton is going the green route, but add a plastic liner or something. Rust and garbage residue is just not visibly appealing. Again, see the photo in my review. The showerhead? It had dried soap scum. Luckily I brought Lysol wipes with me to wipe that down. Made me wonder about the water. The shower area itself? There were long strands of hair everywhere. Some were even stuck to the floor of the shower itself and I just let it be. Recall that I mentioned Hilton going the green route. They only service your room and bathroom every other day of your stay. So if you're in for a weekend stay, they'll just clean it when you check out essentially. I understand it's expensive to staff, but I'm sure the every other day schedule leaves gaps in cleanliness for future guests as indicated by my review. I do not recommend. Front desk employee that checked me in was the only positive thing. For the room and stay itself, I would book elsewhere.

My first thought as soon as I walked in the door was this giant chandelier that had not been clean or dusted in years, it was quite disgusting. They do offer a decent breakfast, it has a omelette station that was actually really good, something for most people. My omelette was really good, especially with that salsa! The line was huge at the omelette station. I was happy to have a conversation with the two chefs (Jacob and Sadiel) that we're working on 8/6/26. Sandy who was whipping up the eggs on 8/7 so kind, and of course, a shout out to Davion. They were awesome, actually probably the best part of the stay. They were so excited that somebody acknowledged them, look them in the eye and said hello and thank you, that was me saying that, how hard is it to be nice, say hi and just acknowledge people? My correspondence through the chat app, linked me to Cesar, he was the one that reached out to me often to see how things were going. Well today, I will share with him some of my views.. Not happy about not being offered water, nor was there any of my room, even though they did have a coffee maker, I guess you use water from the tap, I never do that. They did have a little fridge, but their room was very old and banged up. The bed made a lot of noise and the mattress was very old, bed frame seemed broken. Our room never really cooled off. Can't really say the shower was good either, turned on the showerhead, but there was more water coming out of the bathtub part than the actual shower, how frustrating. The pool looked great outside, although we did not take advantage of that. The hotel was full of kids. The pool was full of kids. I think this location has turned into a location, staycation for families that have a lot of kids that dining room this morning was packed full of children. This Hilton property has turned into a low budget hotel, I guess that definitely needs love and a facelift. For that reason and others, I could not recommend this. I JUST CAN'T

There is a pool and hot tub but I never even saw either as they were on the back side of the complex and we pretty much just wanted to chill in the room. The kitchenette was functional for a short stay. Then it unraveled. The toilet had weak pressure on arrival and progressively worsened. By Saturday afternoon it turned into a slow drain. Maintenance spent over an hour plunging, then used a snake, which ended up backing up the toilet, shower, and sink. I left for a game after being told an engineer would fix it. I returned at 10pm to the same fully backed-up bathroom. The hotel was sold out, no room move available, and no workable solution offered. No access to a shower either. I had to ask another family on our team if my son could use theirs. Meanwhile, another family couldn't get into their assigned room, which strongly suggested overbooking. The consistent issue wasn't just the plumbing. It was the lack of management. Across three shift changes, there was no manager on site or on call. Front desk staff were polite but clearly undertrained and left to figure things out on their own. Sunday morning, Stephanie at the front desk finally stepped in, apologized, and clearly explained how to process a refund since I booked through a third party. That part was handled quickly once she got involved. End result: I was compensated, but spent Saturday night without a working bathroom. That's not a minor inconvenience. 3 stars for location and eventual resolution, but the lack of leadership and operational support turned a basic maintenance issue into a full breakdown.
