I picked up a friend who was staying here. We were to meet in the lobby. The inside had a nice staff person working the reception desk and a large cafe area. The place was tidy. I cannot give info on the rooms but my friend said they were clean and comfortable. They have their own parking lot and WiFi. They also had 3 EV charging stations but they were not operating correctly.

Our family left a "fancy", overpriced hotel after one night and came here to the Hampton Inn, which was less expensive, closer to family, and thankfully CLEAN! We stayed two nights here and had a really nice time. They were very nice and helpful, and the pool and hot tub were great, my kids and us loved them. Breakfast was very good, and everything was clean. This will be our go to stop for visiting family in this area. Plus every Hampton Inn we have stayed at in the past has been very clean, unlike the others. Good job Hampton inn!

The rooms were very clean. It had little features that were thoughtful like hooks to hang your stuff in and plenty of outlets with USB ports. It's very close to Albertson's and in front of this hotel is a Denny's you a literally walk to. However, their free breakfast options were pretty good. We stayed there for two nights and they served different breakfast entree options on both mornings.

Had a nice, clean and comfortable stay her for the long weekend while visiting family in Surprise. The room had a mini fridge and microwave, perfect for leftovers. Parking was free and our stay included a decent breakfast, which included waffles you make yourself. I marked off a star because the walls are very thin. At 10:30pm Saturday night, a group of college baseball players were knocking loudly on the door next to our room. After 10 mins, they finally got in the room. They were talking very loud and playing music. We were in bed and could hear them loud and clear as if the door was open. We let this go for 30 mins until I tried calling the front desk from the room phone, but no one answered. A few mins later I called the hotel line from my cell phone and got a hold of someone. I made my complaint and within 5 mins, someone knocked and let them know they were too loud. Thankfully, they broke up the party and we were able to rest.

The hotel was nice. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. There really isn't much to report. I know there's a pool available, decent parking, and around-the-clock reception but I haven't noticed anything unique. This is a great hotel if you're checking in for business or need to stay somewhere in Arizona. I haven't had much interaction with the staff. My family is here for three nights, but I opted to stay with my grandmother instead. It's an ok place to stay, and I might even try the spa in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable. We were able to park in the reserved Diamond Member Parking, which was nice! We weren't upgraded, which is a bit unusual, but the hotel may have had a high occupancy rate the night we stayed. Check in and Check out was okay. Due to Covid, Breakfast was "Grab and Go". A truly great review always goes back to Customer Service. I went down to lobby the morning of checkout, and foolishly tried to carry two hot cups of coffee, and some hard boiled eggs. I almost burned myself several times. I arrived to our floor, and a lovely smiling employee named MERLISSA, who stopped what she was doing to help me carry everything. MERLISSA was a true standout.

Pool side! Limited to 10 people at a time, never saw more than 5

The most uncomfortable bed ever. It was far too firm. It was like sleeping on plywood.

I am extremely disappointed with how our group was treated during our recent stay. We booked a block of rooms because we were traveling for a baseball tournament. Our team was eliminated on Sunday morning, so a couple of parents wanted to check out early and cancel their Monday night stay. They were told they could not cancel and would still be charged for Monday, even though they no longer needed the rooms and gave a days notice. What made the situation even more disappointing was that the hotel was not busy. It's not as though they held rooms for us that could have been sold to other guests, there were plenty of rooms available. A staff member actually told me that because occupancy was low, upper management would probably keep the money for Monday night rather than issue refunds and that's just what they did. That response made it clear that maximizing revenue was more important than taking care of loyal customers. I've booked this hotel several times in the past with other teams, it was my go-to hotel for Surprise, and we've never had an issue adjusting reservations when tournament schedules changed. Anyone who travels for youth sports understands that schedules are unpredictable and teams often don't know exactly how long they'll need to stay. Customer service was severely lacking, and there was no effort to work with our group despite the circumstances. A little flexibility and understanding would have gone a long way. Instead we were pointed to the "policy" that gave them the right to do what they did, but I work in customer service and know that just because you "can" doesn't always mean that you "should". To make matters worse, they allowed other parents in my group to shorten their stays earlier in the week without penalty but when it came to Sunday they wouldn't do it. Unfortunately, this experience has changed my opinion of this hotel, and I will be looking elsewhere for future team stays.

This would be a great option for someone staying with a few people or for an extended stay because of the extra sitting space and in room fridge. There are even 2 TVs. Front desk experience was odd because we told them we didn't have a car, then they kept explaining the parking situation. There were cookies at the front desk that looked like they might be for guests checking in, but we weren't offered one. We weren't told about breakfast either so we looked online and they have a hot continental breakfast. And they have ice water and hot coffee and tea available in the lobby around the clock. It looked like they have a pretty courtyard by the pool. This is definitely an option we we revisit given it was close to where we wanted to be and it was a nice, clean room.
