Hospitality at its finest! I took a flight here due to my momma going into the ICU. I ended up staying here for 40 nights. It was the closest hotel to the hospital and I could be there within 15 mins if needed. I arrived without my family. During my time here, at one point, the staff became aware of my momma in the ICU and that I was leaving early in the mornings and arriving late at nights. The accommodations made for me were so helpful. Getting me a water, yogurt, or bowl of cereal in the wee hours knowing that I wouldn't be here for breakfast saved me money from the vending machines. When I needed extra towels, new blankets, anything, the staff was so nice and was very helpful, and with a smile. Sean and Nate worked the late nights and often seen us coming in. My family ended up going back home as my momma started to get better so it was just me again. Almost daily, they asked how my momma was doing! When momma passed away, the staff were here hugging me, crying with me, showing sympathy and really going out of their way for our family. One night while I was up late, around 1am, writing a eulogy, I couldn't help but sob. Lindsay noticed this came over, sat behind me, and just hugged me. Mrs. Tammy, while making our beds, helped me create a playlist for momma's memorial video. My family arrived back down for the funeral. Precious and Armoni loved on my kiddo and kept him company. Often times, Harley, Lindsay, Astrid, and Madison took care of us. Madison went out of her way to walk to the store across the parking lot to bless me with a flavored water that the hotel was out of. I later found out that she spent her own money! Harley came up to the room around 2am to change out shampoo & conditioner bottles for me. Ms. Iroda and Leanetta cried with me and gave me big hugs. They made sure that I had bagged towels for when my family arrived waiting at our door without even asking. I had the chance to meet Aaron, the GM, to let him know that his staff really was so helpful during this stay. It was a pleasure speaking with him. He has definitely created a culture of family-oriented staff, that work well together as a team! The staff at this hotel is an asset to Hilton Properties. and I want the "big" people to know how helpful and kind they were to me and my family. Please express our appreciation during our stay.

Man this was a hard review. I was excited about the friendly staff and the amazing room, the location of the hotel and all the nice things but then the atom bomb. I go to use the bathroom and I notice daisy. You ask who's daisy? That's the locks of hair pilled in the corner of the bathroom, but don't you worry it wasn't just in the corner, daisy made sure to have her friends hanging around the shower walls. I honestly laughed and said' " cleaned and disinfected for my comfort ha lies" if this bathroom was this bad what other "Covid cleaning" are they missing? I mean look I'm not worried about Covid but if I was seeing that hair I'm sure they aren't doing their job to clean. Sad just sad. Had it not been for the hair this would be 5 stars.

I'm just updating this review. I've been frequently driving back & forth from Florida & Texas (for both family reasons & work) - this is about the half way point. This is a safe, clean, & inexpensive Hampton. It's exactly what I need & I'll continue to use this so I can know when I need to drop off of I-10 to rest. Staff is friendly & takes care of Hilton Honors members very well. Warm comfy beds & quiet. Loved all of it & the breakfast is great to boot. (Seriously who hates a waffle machine? ) As a woman who has to make the 16-18 hour drive from Texas to Florida by herself - this is a safe port. Thanks for the great service & room!

Hampton Inn's are hit & miss but this one was a hit. The front desk clerk was awesome. She was so friendly and easy to talk to during my check in process. They have fresh baked cookies in the lobby and the breakfast in the morning has a wide variety of choices. The room has an updated bathroom but the room itself needed a little touch up paint soon. Overall I would recommend this place for the value and comfort of my stay. Thank Hampton by Hilton

Do not recommend at all! After driving for 10 hours and all I wanted was a clean room but this is what I got! I tried calling the front desk as no one was present when I went backdown. I waited a good 10 and calling to no avail. Went to check out and yet again no one there. I ended up leaving as I had to get back on the road. They also need to invest in some batteries for their smoke detectors. Mine bad tape holing the flap up. You can see that there wasn't any batteries in it. Hope nothing ever happens there.

The pool at night. Nothing fancy, but got the job done.

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Biloxi…read more Some places look the part. This place plays the part. Clean, sharp, and buzzing the second you walk in yeah, it's iconic, no question. The games are dialed in, the whole setup feels polished, and it's got that classic casino energy where anything can happen. But let's be real that's not why this one took my number one spot. It's the generosity. I've been to casinos where getting a drink feels like you're filing paperwork. Waiting, flagging someone down, or worse paying like you're at a concert. Not here. At this place, the drinks don't just show up... they find you. Like clockwork. Like they've got a sixth sense for an empty glass. We were there celebrating friends, my daughter, her classmates and every single one of us noticed the same thing. Not just friendly, not just nice... but relentless in the best way. You'd take two sips and boom there's someone asking if you're ready for another. It felt like Mardi Gras met old-school Vegas and decided to move to Biloxi. Now let me paint you a quick picture There's this older gentleman a few seats down from me, posted up at a machine like he's been there since sunrise. Calm, steady, not saying much. A waitress swings by, keeps his glass full without him ever asking. Whiskey, neat. Every time it dips, she's back like a ghost with good intentions. After a while, he finally looks up at her and says, "Ma'am... I don't know if I'm winning or if you're just making me think I am." She smiles, tops him off, and says, "Honey, around here... we make sure you feel like both." And that right there? That's the place. Because here's the truth when a casino is generous with the drinks, people loosen up. They laugh more, tip more, play a little longer, take a few extra chances. It builds a vibe. A reputation. A story you take home with you. So yeah, there are a lot of casinos in Biloxi. Bigger, flashier, louder maybe. But this one? This one understands the assignment. You come to gamble. You come to celebrate. And when they keep that glass full without you chasing it... that's hospitality. That's why it's number one.

I'm currently here and am beyond frustrated. It rained around 11 a.m., and apparently that means there is no pool service for the rest of the day. Guests are given only one small towel, which barely covers the lounge chair, and I was refused a second. Since there was no pool service, I attempted to grab a drink from one of the casino bars to bring back outside, only to be told my cover-up was not appropriate. Mind you, I was wearing a one-piece swimsuit and a modest cover-up that happened to be slightly short. I've seen far more revealing attire throughout the casino. I've been here for three days and my room has not been serviced once. I currently have no clean towels. Last night, my room key repeatedly malfunctioned, requiring multiple trips to the front desk before maintenance finally had to come let me into my room. The valet service disappeared years ago, but that's only one small piece of a much larger problem. There are often homeless individuals congregating outside the property. Even the non-smoking rooms smell like smoke. The hotel itself appears neglected--dust coats the glass shelving, light fixtures, and other surfaces throughout the property. A closer look reveals a level of dirt and lack of upkeep that is hard to ignore. While many employees have been pleasant, others seem completely uninterested in providing quality customer service and have noticeably poor attitudes. The pool area remains the hotel's biggest selling point, but even that feels dated and poorly maintained. Much of the property is overdue for a deep cleaning, pressure washing, and significant refurbishment. I used to genuinely love staying here, which makes this review disappointing to write. The Hard Rock was once one of Biloxi's standout properties. Today, I would strongly recommend spending your money elsewhere--particularly at the Beau Rivage, which continues to offer a much higher standard of service, cleanliness, and overall guest experience.

The pool area is a nice setup, but it could use some cleaning attention. They should also invest in some flowers and greenery out there, as it feels a bit sparse and not very inviting. That said, I always enjoy my stays here. The interior is clean, and the staff is friendly and ready to assist. The lobby is stunning -- beautiful floors, gorgeous chandeliers, and well-maintained greenery that adds a lush, welcoming touch. The theme speaks for itself -- "Legends." Beautiful black-and-white framed photos of Marilyn Monroe, Audrey Hepburn, and other icons set the perfect tone. The chandeliers in the rooms are a lovely touch as well.

There's a living room and kitchen, with mini fridge, safe, microwave, lots of storage areas for luggage and items. Showers and bathrooms were clean, although in room 406 we noticed the guest room bathroom mirror led lights aren't working. The water pressure was pretty low in both bathrooms but the temperature was nice and hot. And there are vents in the bathrooms, something I hardly ever see. I am also extremely satisfied that they opted for rugs versus carpets, as carpets can get nasty and you can't replace them easily. The beds were comfy, towels were thick and heavy, the rooms were cold, ac's working top notch, the classic old touch of luxury just brings you back to another time. Upon check in they gave us tokens for complimentary drinks at the hotel bar. 10 out of 10 I recommend and would stay here again. But if you do, you're on your own for breakfast. Also, the concierge people weren't rude, exactly, but not friendly at all. If I were to improve the stay, I would have a pull-out magnifying mirror in the bathroom, extra towels, extra blankets as the comforter was as thin as 3 sheets put together, perhaps larger travel bottles of shampoo and body wash, dish soap and towel in the kitchen, and it wouldn't hurt to have the foyer smelling good with diffusers. Overall I was very happy with my stay.
